Yesterday, ๐—๐˜‚๐—น๐˜† ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฒ, ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ, the City College of Angeles (CCA) warmly welcomed the delegation from Jocson College for a benchmarking activity focused on research and extension development.

As Jocson College embarks on establishing and strengthening its own Research and Extension Office, the institution visited CCA to gain valuable insights into the college's established systems, best practices, and strategic initiatives in research and community engagement.

The benchmarking session featured meaningful discussions on CCA's organizational structure and operational workflows, research funding, policies and guidelines, community extension planning and implementation, as well as strategies for fostering active faculty and student participation in research and extension programs.

CCA extends its sincere appreciation to the officials of Jocson College for choosing CCA as one of its benchmarking partners. The college looks forward to future collaborations that will continue to strengthen higher education through shared expertise and mutual learning.

The City College of Angeles (CCA) has reached a historic milestone as ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ง (๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘) ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐š๐œ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ by the Association of Local Colleges and Universities โ€“ Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA).

The achievement was formally recognized during the Conferment of Accreditation Ceremony held on June 2, 2026, at Bulwagang Angeleรฑo, where six additional academic programs successfully received accreditation following the March 2026 evaluation

These programs include the Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Bachelor of Special Needs Education, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information System, and Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies.

On May 28, 2026, the City College of Angeles Community Extension Office, in partnership with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), successfully conducted the Parents Effectiveness Service (PES) Seminar at Apag Angeleรฑo, City College of Angeles.
The activity gathered parents from the adopted communities of CCA, along with selected parents among the Collegeโ€™s non-teaching personnel. Through insightful discussions led by our resource speakers, participants gained valuable knowledge on responsible parenting, positive family relationships, and effective child development practices.
