The Asian Journal of Business Research is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes empirical, theoretical, and methodological studies in business and management, with strong emphasis on Asian contexts and comparative perspectives. It is Scopus-indexed (Q2 in SCImago) and included in the ABDC Journal Quality List.

As an ERB member, Dr. Lacap will help review and evaluate manuscripts, contributing to the journal’s commitment to rigorous and high-quality scholarly research.

01 DECEMBER 2025 -- The City College of Angeles has formally affirmed its commitment to collaborative research and regional development as it officially signed the Memorandum of Agreement with the 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙪𝙯𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙪𝙢 (𝘾𝙇𝙄𝙀𝙀𝙍𝘿𝙀𝘾). This milestone highlights the College’s dedication to strengthening research initiatives, fostering institutional partnerships, and contributing to the broader innovation ecosystem of Central Luzon.

𝘏𝘰𝘯. 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘭𝘰 “𝘑𝘰𝘯” 𝘓𝘢𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘐𝘐, Angeles City Mayor and Chairman of the CCA Board of Trustees, personally signed the MOA symbolizing the full support of the institution’s governing body in advancing research-driven programs for the community.

The ceremony was warmly opened by 𝘋𝘳. 𝘑𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘩 𝘌. 𝘚𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘰, OIC-President of CCA, who delivered an inspiring welcome message to all attendees. This was followed by a moving message of appreciation from 𝘋𝘳. 𝘙𝘩𝘰𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘢 𝘙. 𝘑𝘶𝘨𝘰, Consortium Chair of CLIEERDEC, and an inspirational message from 𝘋𝘳. 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘶𝘴 𝘊𝘢𝘦𝘴𝘢𝘳 𝘝. 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵, Regional Director of DOST III, underscoring the importance of collaboration and shared vision among partner institutions.

Alongside CCA, the 𝘗𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘺 (𝘗𝘔𝘔𝘈) also made its membership official with CLIEERDEC, further strengthening the consortium’s network and broadening its reach across academic and research communities.

Following the MOA signing, the CLIEERDEC Governing Council Meeting was held to present the consortium’s accomplishments and discuss future plans that will continue to elevate research excellence and innovation in the region.
