This tells us to become aware of the fact that water sanitation is a must because there are a lot of places where water is not accessible, and without this, it can cause diseases that could lead to poverty. He wants to inform us that we could start with water and sanitation as a stepping stone to reduce or possibly end poverty in the affected areas. Let us remind ourselves to save water, and avoid destroying the bodies of water especially if it is freshwater, to end poverty and let them feel secure that their health is not in danger.
