Step 1: Department Encoding

● Location: Respective College Department

● Go to your specific department.
○ Have your subjects encoded into the system.

Step 2: Discount Processing

● Location: SJO 00

● Proceed to SJO 00 for scholarships or discounts.
○ Note: If no discount is applicable, proceed directly to the next step.

Step 3: Payment

● Location: Window 12 (Cashier)

● Pay your fees at the cashier located at Window 12.

Step 4: Registrar Submission

● Location: Registrar

● After payment, go to the registrar to finalize your enrollment.
○ Print your official registration form.

Step 5: ID Capturing

● Location: ID Section (SJO 101)

● Go to the ID Section at SJO 101 for photo capturing.
○ Requirement: Bring your printed registration form.

Step 6: HEALTH ASSESSMENT

● Location: SJO 101

● After ID Capturing, proceed to the Health
Assessment Section.
