CK, you showed the world the heart of a true Jocsonian — hard work, discipline, teamwork, and puso. You carried our flag high and proved that Filipino youth can compete and conquer on the world stage!

ANNOUNCEMENT
ONLINE SYNCHRONOUS CLASSES
August 18-20, 2026 | Basic Education Department

Due to the continuous inclement weather and to allow the administration to conduct a thorough inspection of school facilities to ensure everyone’s safety, the Basic Education Department will shift to ONLINE SYNCHRONOUS CLASSES from August 18 to 20, 2026.

ADM: Synchronous classes via MS Teams. Please make sure you Teams accounts are working prior to the start of online class. If your password needs to be reset, kindly coordinate with your adviser.
Schedule: Regular class schedule will be followed
Attendance: Attendance will be checked during online sessions

We encourage all students to log in on time, prepare their learning materials, and ensure a stable internet connection.

The safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and staff remain our top priority. We will announce updates regarding the resumption of face-to-face classes once the inspection is completed and weather conditions improve.

Mr. Lowel R. Austria
November 19, 2000 - August 10, 2026
Elementary Teacher, Jocson College

With heavy hearts, the Jocson College community mourns the passing of Mr. Lowel R. Austria, a dedicated teacher of our Basic Education Department.

Though he lived a short life, Sir Lowel filled it with purpose, kindness, and passion. He poured his heart into teaching, especially to his advisory class, Grade 3 - Unity. His patience, warmth, and love for learning left a lasting mark on his pupils and fellow educators.

Sir Lowel believed in shaping not just young minds, but young hearts. To his students, he was more than a teacher — he was a mentor, a guide, and a second parent.

We offer our fervent prayers for the eternal repose of his soul, and for strength and comfort to his entire family during this difficult time.

Sir Lowel, your legacy of compassion and dedication will continue to live on in every child you taught.

Rest in peace, dear teacher. You will be dearly missed. 💚

NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION 2026 💚🥗
🍅 NUTRISYON AT KALIKASAN, ATING PANGALAGAAN 🌴

Healthy bodies, healthy minds, and full hearts — that’s how Jocsonians celebrated Nutrition Month!

It was a day of learning, creativity, movement, and sharing as every level came together to promote proper nutrition and healthy habits.

The day started with simultaneous activities:
Kinder to Grade 3
Coloring Contest + Sandwich Making Activity 🥪

Grades 4 to 10
Nutri-Jingle Performances 🎶

Senior High School
Zumba Competition 🕺

The highlight was the shared lunch of potluck dishes brought by the students. Every learner brought their own dishes to share — a beautiful display of bayanihan, gratitude, and the joy of eating healthy together. From fruits and veggies to home-cooked meals.

Thank you to our pupils, students, teachers, and parents who made this celebration meaningful and nutritious!

Let’s continue to choose healthy food, stay active, and take care of our bodies — not just this July, but every day 💪
