Yesterday, the HAU PTA Officers attended the Tuition Fee and Other Fees Consultation hosted by the HAU Administration. The parents expressed appreciation for the clear and transparent discussion of the fees, noting the very minimal increase. They also recognized that inflation in the prices of goods and services impacts university operations, including the need to enhance employee salaries and benefits.

The officers likewise commended the administration for the newly air-conditioned classrooms this school year, sharing that students are now more comfortable and able to learn in a more conducive environment.

The association is grateful for this meaningful consultation, which strengthens communication and partnership with the HAU Administration.

The HAU PTA, in collaboration with ICFSI-CEP Desk, invites all Basic Education parents and guardians to attend a Parenting Seminar on November 8, 2025 (Saturday), from 7:30 to 10:00 AM at the University Theater. The Second Quarter Homeroom PTC and card distribution will take place after the seminar.

CONGRATULATIONS! The Junior High School program of the HAU–Basic Education Department has been granted Level III Re-Accredited Status by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP), valid until February 2029.

This recognition was awarded for satisfactorily meeting the standards and fulfilling all requirements of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU), in accordance with Department of Education (DepEd) Memorandum Order No. 32, Series of 2006.

This milestone reflects the strong leadership of administrators, the dedication of faculty, and the support of service units in sustaining the University’s culture of academic excellence.

The PAASCU Level III Reaccredited Status reaffirms HAU’s high ranking among secondary schools in the country. It also coincides with an upswing in enrollment experienced by the University’s Basic Education Department this school year.

The HAU PTA Officers paid a warm courtesy visit to Ms. Shaira M. Lansangan, the newly appointed Assistant Principal of the Senior High School, who will also serve as the Co-adviser of the association.

Scholarship Orientation and Contract Signing for the SY: 2025-2026

Last July 18, the association officially welcomed 31 new scholars and 9 continuing scholars during the Scholarship Orientation and Contract Signing ceremony.

This meaningful event reaffirms the association’s commitment to supporting deserving students in their academic journey.

Present during the event were Principal Ms. Maria Teresa Punsalan, Dr. Maribel Flores and Ms. Nimfa Laus from the Scholarships and Grants Office, along with the dedicated officers of the association led by Mr. Gary U. Paras.
