Last 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, CSMA employees gathered for the 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, “𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.” During the session, they explored practical ways to build resilience, strengthen relationships, manage workplace challenges, and cultivate a more positive and meaningful work environment.

Facilitated by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗡. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮, 𝗥𝗚𝗖, 𝗘𝗱𝗗, the seminar served as a valuable reminder that employee well-being is an essential part of creating a successful school community.

As we continue our mission of forming minds and hearts, we also recognize the importance of nurturing the people who make that mission possible every day.
