The SHS Voucher Program online application for Grade 11 learners under Category E (Non-ESC, Grade 10 completers from Private Schools), for SY 2026–2027 is now open. To learn more about the new applicant categories, eligibility criteria, and application process, please read the announcement. Category E learners may apply at https://ovap.peac.org.ph/.

7. ESC Certification (for tansferees from private school)
8. Completers without ESC FROM PRIVATE SCHOOL just apply the Voucher Program by typing ovap.peac.org.ph in Google or proceed to school registrar for assistance.
9. For OLD student bring your Report Card.
