Teacher of the Day | October 4, 2026

Today, our Teacher of the Day spotlight comes full circle as we honor the woman who leads, inspires, and serves the entire Marcelo L. Adriano Memorial School family—our School Principal, Dr. Ma. Gina M. Del Rosario. 👩‍🏫💙🏫

As our school leader, Dr. Del Rosario carries a responsibility that goes far beyond managing a school. She leads with vision, compassion, dedication, and purpose, creating an environment where teachers are empowered, learners are valued, and every member of the school community is encouraged to grow. 🌱✨

Her leadership reminds us that a great school is built not only through programs and achievements, but through people who believe, serve, and work together. 🤝📚💙

As School Principal, she continues to:

👩‍🏫 Lead and inspire the MLAMS teaching family
🏫 Strengthen a positive and supportive school community
📚 Champion quality teaching and meaningful learning
🌱 Support the growth and development of teachers and learners
🤝 Build strong partnerships within the school and community

Behind every successful activity, every growing teacher, every confident learner, and every milestone achieved is a leader who continues to believe in the people she serves. 💙✨

Today, we celebrate Dr. Ma. Gina M. Del Rosario—not simply as our School Principal, but as a leader, mentor, inspiration, and educator at heart. 🌟

💙 This may be our final spotlight, but her impact—and the impact of every teacher we have celebrated—will continue to shine.
From the first spotlight to this final one, we have witnessed that teaching is not confined to a classroom. It is found in leadership, service, compassion, mentorship, and the courage to inspire others. 👏📚✨

🌸 To our beloved School Principal, thank you for leading MLAMS with dedication and heart. Your leadership inspires us to become better educators, better colleagues, and better servants of our learners.
Today, the spotlight may end—but the light you have helped kindle in MLAMS continues to shine. 💙🌟

👀✨ And with this, our Teacher of the Day series comes to a meaningful close.
To all our amazing teachers and school personnel—thank you for serving MLAMS in many ways. You are all worthy of the spotlight. 💙👏
