𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐒𝐔–𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧, 𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐬𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

Opisyal na naglabas ng Memorandum Blg. 170, s. 2026 ang Tanggapan ng Kampus Administrator ng Isabela State University–Angadanan Campus nitong Agosto 06, 2026 upang paalalahanan ang lahat ng mag-aaral na pairalin ang responsibilidad, paggalang, at wastong asal sa paggamit ng social media at iba pang digital na plataporma.

‎Nilagdaan sa kapangyarihan ng Campus Administrator, Prof. Oscar G. Bangayan, PhD, ang memorandum kaugnay sa "Responsible and Respectful Posting, Commenting and Sharing in Social Media Platforms of Students," na naglalayong isulong ang responsableng digital citizenship at mapanatili ang mabuting pangalan ng pamantasan.

‎Ayon sa memorandum, hinihikayat ang mga mag-aaral na mag-isip nang mabuti bago magbahagi, magkomento, o maglathala ng anumang nilalaman sa social media, sapagkat ang bawat pahayag at kilos sa onlayn na espasyo ay maaaring makaapekto sa kanilang personal na kredibilidad at sumalamin sa imahe, integridad, at reputasyon ng unibersidad.

‎Inilabas ang memorandum kasunod ng mga naging interaksiyon sa social media kaugnay ng anunsiyo ng suspensiyon ng klase na inilabas ni Hon. Mayor Joelle Mathea S. Panganiban, kung saan nakitaan ng ilang hindi magagalang at hindi naaangkop na komento.
‎Binigyang-diin ng administrasyon na bagama't kinikilala at iginagalang ng Unibersidad ang karapatan ng bawat isa sa malayang pagpapahayag, kaakibat nito ang pananagutang gamitin ang kalayaang ito nang may paggalang, pananagutan, at pagsunod sa mga pamantayang etikal.

‎Dagdag pa rito, inaasahan ang lahat ng mag-aaral na maging mabuting halimbawa ng responsableng digital citizenship sa pamamagitan ng pagpapakita ng paggalang, propesyonalismo, at kahinahunan sa lahat ng onlayn na pakikipag-ugnayan. Hinikayat din ang mga ito na umiwas sa paggamit ng mapanlait, mapanira, at iba pang hindi naaangkop na pananalita o larawan at sumunod sa mga umiiral na patakaran ng Unibersidad, at mga naaangkop na alituntunin hinggil sa responsableng paggamit ng social media.

‎Samantala, inatasan din ang lahat ng mga dekano, direktor ng mga kolehiyo, tagapangulo ng iba't ibang programa na tiyakin ang malawakang pagpapalaganap ng memorandum at hikayatin ang mga mag-aaral na patuloy na isabuhay ang mga pagpapahalaga ng paggalang, integridad, at responsableng pag-uugali sa mga digital na plataporma.

‎Sa pamamagitan ng naturang memorandum, muling pinagtibay ng ISU–Angadanan Campus ang pangako nitong linangin ang mga mag-aaral na hindi lamang mahusay sa larangan ng akademya kundi maging responsableng mamamayan na gumagamit ng social media nang may disiplina, paggalang, at pananagutan.

BASAHIN AT UNAWAIN

Ipinababatid ng Tanggapan ng Supreme Student Council ng Isabela State University–Angadanan Campus sa lahat ng mga mag-aaral ang paalalang ito hinggil sa wastong paggamit ng social media at responsableng pakikilahok sa mga pampublikong talakayan.

Kaugnay nito, mahigpit naming hinihikayat ang bawat mag-aaral na pairalin ang paggalang, kahinahunan, at pananagutan sa pagpapahayag ng kanilang saloobin sa anumang social media platform, lalo na sa mga opisyal na pahina ng ating mga opisyal sa pamahalaan at iba pang pampublikong personalidad. Kung ang isang komento ay hindi makapag-aambag sa isang makabuluhan, maayos, at magalang na talakayan, mas nararapat na iwasan na lamang ang pagkokomento sa pampublikong paglalathala nito.

Bilang mga mag-aaral ng Isabela State University–Angadanan Campus, inaasahan na ang bawat isa ay magiging huwaran ng disiplina, integridad, at paggalang sa kapwa, maging sa loob ng pamantasan o sa mga digital na plataporma. Ang bawat pahayag na ating inilalathala ay sumasalamin hindi lamang sa ating sariling pagkatao kundi maging sa dangal at mabuting pangalan ng ating pamantasan at komunidad.

Nais din linawin ng Supreme Student Council na hindi kinukunsinti ng Konseho, gayundin ng Isabela State University–Angadanan Campus, ang anumang anyo ng mapanira, mapanlait, hindi kaaya-aya o hindi responsableng paggamit ng social media na salungat sa mga pagpapahalaga ng paggalang, propesyonalismo, at wastong asal.

Kasabay nito, kami po ay taos-pusong humihingi ng paumanhin, sa ngalan ng komunidad ng Isabela State University–Angadanan Campus, sa sinumang maaaring naapektuhan o nasaktan ng mga hindi angkop na pahayag na naipahayag ng ilang indibidwal sa social media. Bagama't ang mga naturang pahayag ay personal na pananagutan ng mga naglahad nito, naninindigan ang ating pamantasan at ang Supreme Student Council sa pagtataguyod ng kultura ng paggalang, pananagutan, at maayos na pakikipagkapwa.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na gamitin ang kalayaan sa pagpapahayag nang may pananagutan, pag-iingat, at paggalang sa karapatan at dignidad ng bawat isa. Sama-sama nating pangalagaan ang mabuting pangalan ng ating pamantasan sa pamamagitan ng pagiging responsableng mamamayan, maging sa loob man o labas ng social media.

To process the release of your stipend, all grantees are required to submit photocopy/copy of your LandBank account details indicating your Account Name and Account Number (e.g., ATM card, screenshot from iAccess or any official document showing the required information) to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

RESUMPTION OF REGULAR CLASSES

The Office of the Campus Administrator of Isabela State University – Angadanan Campus, under the leadership of Prof. Oscar G. Bangayan, Ph.D., Campus Administrator, informs all students that regular classes will officially resume on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, following the conduct of the Recognition and Graduation Ceremonies on July 20–21, 2026.

All students are hereby advised to report to their respective classes as scheduled and continue observing university policies and academic responsibilities.

The Campus Administration extends its warmest congratulations to all graduates and awardees and wishes the entire ISU Angadanan community a meaningful, memorable, and successful Recognition and Graduation Ceremony.
