Proceedings continue at the Multipurpose Hall as our teaching and non-teaching personnel actively participate in the Echo Seminar on MPhilGEPS Capacity Building. Following an opening overview by BAC Chairman Dr. Ronie G. Torres and key portal updates delivered by Procurement Officer Ms. Ronelyn R. Dela Cruz, our attendees observed a live video walkthrough of end-user procedures led by the BAC Secretariat, Procurement Unit, and Technical Working Group.

Participants are currently working through the hands-on Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) workshop with Director for Planning Dr. Benjamin E. Bulawit, Jr., applying the prescribed format to plan upcoming campus requirements accurately.

Once the workshop outputs, open forum, and the synthesis by Dr. Josephine R. Domingo conclude, the afternoon will wrap up with the awarding of certificates to our facilitators followed by closing remarks.

Things are well underway at the Multipurpose Hall as our teaching and non-teaching personnel actively participate in the Lecture-Seminar on Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP). After insightful sessions on fire prevention and community disaster readiness from SFO4 Rainier S. Gante and SFO1 Aireen L. Domingo, as well as hands-on guidance on "Duck, Cover, and Hold" with FO3 Danjie V. Guerrero, our participants will shortly be in the thick of things with Fire Officer 2 Danilo C. Arcega, Jr. for the actual simulation.

Once this lecture-seminar and hands-on simulation wrap up, we will honor our BFP Angadanan partners during the morning awarding of certificates.

On September 11, 2026, Isabela State Universityโ€“Angadanan Campus teamed up with the Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office II (DMW RO2) to host a Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) and Anti-Illegal Recruitment and Trafficking in Persons (AIRTIP) campaign at the campus multi-purpose hall.

Organized for graduating seniors, the session supported ISUโ€™s mission as a "University for People and Nature" by ensuring students understand their legal labor rights and protections before entering the workforce. DMW representativesโ€”led by OIC-Assistant Regional Director Dr. Laila A. Taguinod, alongside resource speakers Atty. Jozele Mariz P. Dalupang-Tagaban (Attorney IV) and Engr. Ron Oliver B. Tugade (Labor and Employment Officer III)โ€”briefed students on legal employment requirements, contract verification, government labor standards, and how to spot and report illegal recruitment and online job scams. The initiative equips the upcoming graduates with the tools needed to navigate the modern job market safely and confidently.
