Malugod nating binabati at kinikilala ang mga bagong halal na opisyal ng FRONTIER FOR INNOVATIVE CRIMINOLOGY SOCIETY (FICS) na magsisilbing gabay, kinatawan, at katuwang ng bawat kasapi ng ating samahan.

Kasabay ng bawat posisyong inyong tinanggap ang responsibilidad na mamuno nang may paninindigan, maglingkod nang buong puso, at maging huwaran ng pagkakaisa at dedikasyon.

Ang pamumuno ay hindi lamang tungkol sa titulo o posisyonโ€”ito ay tungkol sa tiwala, pananagutan, at tunay na paglilingkod. Nawaโ€™y maging daan ang inyong pamumuno upang higit pang mapatatag, mapasigla, at mapaunlad ang ating samahan.

Sama-sama nating simulan ang isang panibagong yugto ng pagkakaisa, paglilingkod, at makabuluhang pagkilos.

Sa pagwawakas ng inyong panunungkulan bilang mga opisyal ng Frontier for Innovative Criminology Society (FICS), taos-puso naming ipinahahayag ang aming taos-pusong pasasalamat at pagpupugay. Ang inyong matapat na paglilingkod, matatag na pamumuno, at walang pag-iimbot na pagsisikap ay nagbigay ng dangal sa samahan at naging inspirasyon sa buong College of Criminal Justice Education.

Bagama't nagtatapos na ang inyong panunungkulan, mananatili ang mga bakas ng inyong paglilingkod sa kasaysayan ng FICS. Ang inyong mga naiambag at mabubuting halimbawa ay magsisilbing gabay at inspirasyon sa mga susunod na pinunong magpapatuloy sa adhikain ng samahan. With gratitude and humility, Zaldy L. Dela Cruz concludes his term as Governor of the College of Criminal Justice Education. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated dedication, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to serving the student body and promoting the welfare of the college community.

His leadership journey was shaped by challenges that strengthened his character, opportunities that fostered growth, and achievements made possible through collaboration and trust. Every step reflected his belief that leadership is rooted in service, responsibility, and genuine concern for others.

As this chapter comes to a close, he leaves with valuable lessons, meaningful memories, and a legacy of service that will continue beyond the title. His term may have ended, but his commitment to making a positive difference will remain.
