𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐠: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐟!

Today, March 12, 2026, the student-leaders of Anda National High School successfully reached the finish line of the mangrove planting series. This concluding activity took place at Sablig Wharf, marking the final day of a week-long commitment to environmental protection and coastal resource management initiated by the Municipality of Anda.

Members of Anda DepEd Tayo Anda NHS 300158 YES-O, SSLG, and BKB (Barkada Kontra Bisyo), along with their advisers, were out in full force to represent our school.

By participating in this series from Dolaon Cativo to Sablig Wharf, we have taken concrete steps to:
-Strengthen our commitment to environmental sustainability.
-Contribute actively to climate change mitigation.
-Ensure the long-term protection of our coastal communities.

Today, March 11, 2026, the YES-O and SSLG student-leaders of Anda National High School, alongside their dedicated adviser, continued their mission at the Cabungan Wharf. This marks the third leg of the mangrove planting series initiated by the Municipality of Anda to bolster our coastal defenses and promote environmental stewardship.

One more day to go! We look forward to the final leg of the series tomorrow at Sablig Wharf.

Today, March 10, 2026, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) and the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Anda National High School continued their active participation in the municipality’s mangrove planting series. Our student-leaders joined forces with local officials at the Carot Wharf for the second leg of this vital environmental initiative.

This activity highlights the strength of our community coming together for a common goal.

Mangroves are our first line of defense against storm surges and a critical habitat for marine life. Through this partnership with the LGU and the OVP, we are:
* Strengthening our commitment to environmental sustainability.
* Taking concrete steps toward climate change mitigation.
* Protecting our coastal communities for the generations to come.

Let’s keep the momentum going!

The series continues tomorrow at Cabungan Wharf and concludes on March 12 at Sablig Wharf.

Today, March 6, 2026, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) together with the SSLG of Anda National High School took a stand for our coastlines! Our dedicated student-leaders and school personnel joined the first leg of the Municipality of Anda's Mangrove Planting Activity at the Dolaoan Cativo Wharf.

🌊 A Community Effort
We weren't alone in this mission! This activity brought together various sectors of our municipality to ensure its success:
𝑳𝑮𝑼 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒚𝒆𝒆𝒔: Each office designated a representative to lead the charge.
𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒇𝒇: At least two staff members from every department were on the ground.
𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒔: Each council sent at least two representatives to protect their local shores.
𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍: Educators from across the municipality joined hands for the environment.

🗓️ Why We're Planting
By getting our hands in the mud today, we are supporting the OVP’s goal of strengthening Filipino communities through educational support and environmental action. This initiative aims to:

-Strengthen commitment to environmental sustainability.
-Aid in climate change mitigation.
-Ensure the protection of our coastal communities for future generations.

Yes-O officers from various secondary schools across Pangasinan I gathered at the Calasiao Comprehensive National High School Multi-purpose Hall on the morning of February 25, 2026 for the Division Federated Election, held as part of Day 3 of the 3rd Togyupan: Division Learners’ Convergence (DLC) 2026.

𝐘𝐄𝐒-𝐎 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Today, February 24, the Calasiao Comprehensive National High School Multi-purpose Hall came alive with the energy of student leadership as incoming and outgoing YES-O officers gathered for the YES-O Convention, held under the theme “Celebrating the Batang LIDER (Student Leader) in Schools.” This milestone event, highlighting the passion and resilience of young leaders, formed part of Day 2 of the 3rd Togyupan: Division Learners’ Convergence (DLC) 2026, which runs from February 23–25, 2026, and served as both a celebration of legacy and a moment of transition, where tomorrow’s leaders embraced their roles while honoring the contributions of those who came before them.

𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄!

We are beyond proud to announce that 𝑷𝑨𝑼𝑳𝑨 𝑭𝑹𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑶𝑰𝑺𝑬 𝑪. 𝑪𝑨𝑪𝑯𝑶, a dedicated Grade 10 and an incoming Grade 11 student, has been elected as the new Anda District YES-O President! 🏆

This convergence brought together our bright student leaders from SELG, SSLG, BKD, and YES-O to unite under one goal: service and environmental stewardship, held today, February 16, 2026 at Mal-ong Elementary School.

Seeing our learners take their oath and step into these vital roles gives us so much hope for the future of our district. Under Paula’s leadership, we are excited to see new heights of environmental advocacy and student-led initiatives!
