🌿 Mental Health Week 2025 🌿

October is a month for mental health awareness, with World Mental Health Day celebrated globally on October 10th. Many countries also designate periods in October, such as the second week, as National Mental Health Week or the entire month as Mental Health Awareness Month. The observances aim to raise awareness, combat stigma, and mobilize support for mental health issues through various activities and campaigns.

Kudos to the Guidance Center of CNHS and the Peer Facilitators Club on spearheading this event. Indeed, Walang Iwanan sa Kalusugan ng Isipan.

“LETTERS OF HOPE” WALL

Together with the Peer Facilitators Club, a square-shaped cut-out paper was distributed to all students of Candabong National High School. Each student was encouraged to write a message of hope on it, which would then be displayed on the bulletin board for everyone to see—teachers, students, and visitors alike. This simple yet meaningful activity aims to uplift and inspire those who read the messages, spreading positivity and hope within the school community.
