The Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) through the Bureau of Learner Support Services-Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD), in partnership with the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), invites all Youth Formation Coordinators (YFCs), Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Coordinators, Youth for Environment in Schools-Organization (YES-O) Coordinators, and Supreme Student Government (SSG) Teacher-Advisers and Officers to attend the virtual Smashed Philippines Training of Trainers: Alcohol Education to Empower a Generation on November 2021.

This is a global education program developed to meet the need for effective alcohol education in schools. It focuses on underage drinking and its possible dangers and consequences on young people.
