For 4 years ISLA LIPANA & CO. thru Atty. BRANDO CABALSI had been a beacon of LIGHT and HOPE to the learners and teachers of Concepcion Elementary School, Amulung East District, Amulung, Cagayan.

From armchairs for our learners, laptops for our teachers and Jollibee food packs during CHRISTMAS, ISLA LIPANA & CO. has indeed touched the lives and brought smiles on the faces to the education community in Barangay Concepcion, Amulung, Cagayan, particularly Concepcion Elementary School.

During the recently concluded First Grand Alumni Homecoming, the love, care and concern of Atty. Brando once again brought joy and hope to CES.

A momentous and heartwarming celebration for Concepcion Elementary School-the First Grand Alumni Homecoming opened with a vibrant parade, followed by a solemn Holy Mass and a grand program filled with pride and nostalgia. Graced by the presence of the Municipal Mayor, the present and former PSDSs, and the beloved retired teachers of CES, the event rekindled cherished memories and strengthened the enduring bonds of the CES community .
