The Grade 7 learners, through the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, successfully facilitated the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at Gabut Integrated School, marking a meaningful start to the week's activities.

The learners carried out their assigned roles with confidence and cooperation, showing discipline and responsibility throughout the ceremony.

The Monday Flag Raising Ceremony continues to remind everyone of the value of patriotism, unity, and commitment as members of the school community. Through activities like this, learners are given opportunities to develop their leadership skills and become active participants in school programs.

In his message, Mr. Maynard C. De Leon, School Principal, highlighted that this week marks the Second Summative Test for Term 1. He encouraged the learners to prepare well and give their best during the assessments. He also emphasized the importance of discipline, punctuality, and honesty, stressing that success comes through hard work, responsibility, and consistent effort.

The successful conduct of the ceremony reflected the learners’ growing confidence, leadership skills, and dedication to school service.

Grade 9 Scouts Lead Inspiring Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony at Gabut Integrated School

July 20, 2026 – The Grade 9 Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts proudly spearheaded this week's Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony, fostering patriotism, discipline, and unity among learners, teachers, and school personnel.

The program commenced with a warm opening greeting, reminding everyone to stand with respect and observe proper decorum as the school community gathered for the weekly ceremony.

The Entrance of Colors, led by the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, set a solemn and patriotic atmosphere, symbolizing the learners' commitment to honor the Philippine flag and uphold the values it represents.

The Words of the Day were shared to inspire the school community, encouraging everyone to embrace positive values, determination, and kindness in both learning and daily life followed by an energetic Energizer Dance bringing excitement and enthusiasm to the program while boosting participants’ energy and preparing them for a productive week ahead.

Also, student athletes who brought pride to the school were also recognized through their remarkable display of talents during the recently concluded Municipal Athletic Meet.

The ceremony concluded with the Announcements delivered by School Principal Sir Maynard De Leon, who shared important school reminders, upcoming activities, and messages that encouraged learners to remain responsible, respectful, and committed to excellence.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Government of Cagayan for their invaluable support in the backfilling of the school grounds at the Junior High School building. This initiative has greatly improved the safety and accessibility of our campus, ensuring a better learning environment for our students.

Gabut Integrated School Celebrates Holy Spirit Mass and Enthronement of Our Lady of Lourdes

Gabut Integrated School held a solemn celebration of the Holy Spirit Mass today, July 15, 2026, officiated by Rev. Father Adrian Baculi. The Eucharistic celebration invoked the blessings of the Holy Spirit upon the entire school community as it embarks on another academic year of service and learning.

Gabut Integrated School extends heartfelt thanks to Sir Jerry Joze, EPS in Science, for his invaluable technical assistance in the Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) Program for SY 2027–2028.

This milestone is extra special as Gabut Integrated School will officially open its Senior High School by next year — marking its first year of implementation once approved.

GIS Teachers Unite for Data-Informed Learning Action Cell

Gabut Integrated School successfully conducted a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) session on Learner Performance Data Analysis and Literacy/Numeracy Strategies. The session was facilitated by Mrs. Sharon A. Pegoc, Master Teacher II, with the full support of Sir Maynard C. De Leon, Principal III underscoring the school’s commitment to collaborative professional development.

The LAC session provided teachers with the opportunity to analyze learner performance data, identify competencies with high mastery, and highlight areas needing immediate intervention. Through reflective guide questions, participants examined observable trends and discussed instructional practices that influenced results.
