Stay hydrated, Golden Paddlers!

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: The Student General Orientation tomorrow is hereby SUSPENDED, following the newly released OP Memorandum No. 258, s. 2026 on face-to-face class suspension. This decision is made to ensure that all Golden Paddlers can participate in the activity under safe and comfortable conditions.

This Academic Year’s General Orientation will happen on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the University Gymnasium and Cultural Center.

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽, 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀!

This Academic Year’s General Orientation will happen on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the University Gymnasium and Cultural Center. Learn more about our university’s offices, services, and other important details through engaging discussions and performances.

Do not forget to bring your own water bottle, fan, and umbrella. Attendance is also mandatory per OSWE Memorandum No.175, s. 2026. See you there!

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Classes on August 6-8, 2026, will temporarily shift to an ASYNCHRONOUS TEACHING MODALITY due to the conduct of LegisHear, a national public consultation and legislative engagement program by House Speaker Fausto “Bojie” Dy III. This information is already cascaded internally through OP Memorandum Order No. 241, s. 2026.

During this time, the university will host the overall flow of the program, including town hall meetings, focus group discussions, policy consultations, and oversight feedback sessions. University services, on the other hand, will remain operational and available. Faculty members and heads of offices are also directed to make appropriate arrangements to limit work disruption and ensure the successful conduct of this activity.

𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗼. 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻. 🇵🇭

Sa paggunita sa Araw ng Kalayaan, patuloy naming iniaalay ang aming puso at talino sa pagbabahagi at pagpapalawak ng kaalaman upang mahubog ang mga Golden Paddlers bilang mga mamamayang may malasakit, kakayahan, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Naniniwala kami na ang edukasyon ay susi sa paglinang ng kritikal na pag-iisip, pananagutan, at aktibong pakikilahok sa pagbuo ng mas maunlad at makatarungang lipunan.

Sapagkat ang kaalaman ay daan tungo sa tunay na kalayaan at pag-unlad ng bansa.
