Important Advisory

New deadline in updating LIS for BoSY 2015-2016 is September 6, 2015. Please refer to DO 39, s. 2015, for additional guidelines.
Learners with critical data issues can now be enrolled.
For reactivation of LRN, please submit request form 02 (RF02) to [email protected] (in excel format) and indicate the reason for reactivation. Please state Reactivation of LRN as the subject of your email. You can do the enrollment of the learner from your end once the reactivation is done.
Correction of Basic Profile will be open after the new deadline September 6, 2015.
Encoding of late enrollees and transferees can be done after September 6, 2015. For those who already enrolled learners no need to unenroll.
The re-uploading of registration form for Private Schools and ALS is now open (for those who submitted forms before Aug. 21). Please ensure that it will be final and official as system will be locked once re-uploading or uploading (for first submission) is done. “THIS IS A ONE TIME UPLOADING”.
There is no finalize button for LIS BoSY. All enrollment figures as of deadline/cut off will be considered final and official. Correction/approval made after the cut-off may not be counted for BoSY 2015.

FOR EBEIS

New deadline in updating LIS for BoSY 2015-2016 is September 13, 2015.
EBEIS data can be submitted even without the completion of LIS enrollment.
Partial data on enrollment and age profile will be uploaded from LIS to EBEIS within this week.
Secondary schools can now submit their forms. Please update your school profile if you are offering night classes or if your school is an implementing unit.

Previous Updates

Learners with Incomplete IP and Mother tongue will not be counted to the official enrollment of the school. Incomplete IP and Mother tongue can now be found in your Masterlist >> Toggle list for updating. Please review and complete learners’ profile.

Learners with critical data issues cannot be enrolled.
Do not enroll learner with no appearance since day 1.

System Updates (July 13, 2015): Most Recent Facilities Deployed:

1. Unenrol of Erroneously Encoded Data. Para po ito sa mga Learner's Record na nagkamali tayo ng pag encode. Maaring dahil ito sa batch enrolment na sa hindi sinasadya ay naisama natin ang learner na hindi pa talaga nag report sa school as of this date. May mga cases din na wrong identity or nagkamali ng record na nakuha sa LIS - almost similar lang pala ang sa learner na gusto nating i encode. Maari din gamitin pansamantala ang unenrol facility para gawing tama ang nagkamaling date of 1st attendance habang pinag-uusapan pa kung paano ito higit na mabibigyan ng solution (dapat tayong maging maingat sa date of 1st attendance, may malinaw na instruction na ito sa mismong area kung saan inilalagay natin ang date of 1st attendance - bakit po kaya may ilan sa atin na nagkakamali pa rin?)

Mahalagang Tandaan: Ang school head ay gagawa ng letter of request para sa unenrol at ilalagay niya ang (mga) dahilan ng maling pag eencode sa database. Malaki ang maitutulong ng ganitong feedbacking para maunawaan natin ang mga dahilan ng mga di-sinasadyang mga pagkakamali sa LIS encoding. Ilalagay din sa letter ang complete name ng learner, LRN, grade at section kung saan na registered ang learner. Ang sulat ay dapat pirmado ng school head at naka address sa Schools Division Superintendent (attention: Planning Unit). Maglalabas ng guidelines para dito.

Babala: Ang un-enroll facility ay hinding-hindi maaring gamitin para sa mga leaners na pagkatapos mag report sa school ng ilang araw after cut-off ay hindi na muling pumasok hangang sa kasalukuyan - huwag na huwag silang i unenrol. Tiyak na magiging data issues ito dahil nakapagreport na siya sa school natin. Gamitin natin ang tamang facility para dito, ang No Longer In School Status or NLS na magiging available sa system after August 31, 2015.

2. Issuance of LRN for Grade 2 and above (Division Level). Para ito sa mga learners na wala pang LRN. Maaring galing sila sa private school, balik aral or sa isa ring Public School pero hindi nabigyan ng LRN ang learner.

(Pansamantala habang ginagawa pa, huwag munang i encode ang mga learner "transfer from school abroad" or "SUCs", hintaying na muna ang facility).

May special search facility ang division planning account upang ma review at mapag-aralan ang bawat learner na bibigyan ng LRN. Para magamit ng wasto ang special facility na ito, dapat magkaroon ang division office ng kinakailangang supporting document tulad ng Birth Certificate (or related document), Form 137/Form 138 , School Form 1 at Signed Request Letter from the School Head. Maglalabas ng detalyadong proseso/instruction para ditto.

Ang ganitong mga proseso at validation mechanism ay upang matulungan tayo na matiyak na ang lahat ng mga records na ating pinapasok sa LIS ay accurate at updated. Ang mga records or information na ito ay napakahalaga sa bawat school, district/division, regional at central office kaya tulong-tulong tayo sa mga pag validate dito.

Bring the pertinent papers of the learner ( birth certificate NSO authenticated as possible,Form 138 137 and letter signed by adviser and noted by the principal esp those who have un enrolled the learners due to erroneous 1st date of attendance..
