In celebration of Nutrition Month 2025, the school conducted a Nutrition Day Program on July 30, 2025.
The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition, promote healthy eating habits among students, and encourage the community to make affordable, nutritious food choices.
The celebration began with an opening program, which included a prayer, singing of the national anthem and Vizcaya hymn, and a welcome message by the PTA president. The speaker emphasized the importance of proper nutrition, especially for growing children.
As part of the holistic approach to learners' wellness during Nutrition Month 2025, the school conducted an orientation/IEC on anti-bullying. This activity aimed to raise awareness about the effects of bullying and promote a culture of respect, kindness, and inclusion within the school community.

Various engaging activities were conducted during the Nutrition Day celebration, such as the Nutri-Quiz Bee, Baon Challenge, draw and tell, healthy cooking demonstrations and display of products by the parents and learners.. These activities aimed to promote proper nutrition, encourage pupils and parents participation, and foster creativity in preparing nutritious meals."
The activity was attended by the Barangay Local Government Unit, DOH parents, learners and teachers.

On behalf of the entire Pacdal Elementary School family we extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you for taking the time to visit and spend the day with your children at school. Your presence brought so much joy and excitement, not only to your children but also to our staff and teachers.

Your involvement in their education shows just how much you care, and it reinforces the strong partnership we strive to maintain between home and school. These moments of connection and support mean the world to the students and greatly enrich their learning experience.

The new academic year officially began today, June 16, 2025 as learners, parents, teaching and non-teaching gathered for the opening of classes with renewed energy and enthusiasm. The day was marked not only by warm welcomes (through a song) and orientation activities but also by a meaningful program aimed at supporting learners in need.

As part of the school (Pacdal Elementary School)opening day activities, learners received free school supplies through a special initiative organized by the school administration. The distributed items included pens and paper.

“This program is our way of ensuring that no learner is left behind,”. We know that some families are going through difficult times, and we want to support our learners in any way we can.”

The distribution took place after the flag ceremony and was attended by school staff, and parents. Recipients expressed gratitude for the assistance, which helped ease the burden of back-to-school expenses.

The students expressed their heartfelt thanks to the school for helping them.

In addition to the distribution of supplies, the day’s program included a short reminder on proper hair cut and importance of learners' attendance.

The school’s opening day was a clear reflection of the strong sense of community and bayanihan spirit that continues to drive Pacdal Elementary School forward. With the support of teachers, parents, and partners, the school remains committed to creating a learning environment where every child has the tools and opportunity to be victorious.

To our graduates and completers, your hard work, sleepless nights, patience and unwavering determination have brought you to this proud moment. To the parents, guardians and families, thank you for your constant love, encouragement, and sacrifices. Your support has been the foundation of every achievement.

And to all the teachers, your patience, dedication, and guidance have shaped these young minds and hearts. You’ve not only taught lessons but have left a lasting impact on lives.
