Amaga Elementary School successfully conducted its School-Based Reading of School Forms on March 23, 2026, as part of its commitment to ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability in school records.

The activity was led by the School Checking Committee (SCC), headed by Loida V. Trijo as SCC Chair, with Janos S. Belen serving as Co-chair. The committee members included May Ann S. Arao, Arjay E. Astejada, and Chielo Clarisse T. Garay, who worked collaboratively to review and validate all necessary documents.

During the activity, school forms and records from Kinder to Grade 6 were carefully examined and checked. The process ensured that learnersโ€™ data, academic records, and other essential documents were accurate, complete, and aligned with the Department of Education standards.

The School-Based Reading of School Forms plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of school data. It also provides an opportunity for teachers to verify entries, correct errors, and uphold quality reporting practices.

Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Rabies Awareness Month, nagsagawa ng Health Education Session ang Amaga Elementary School sa pangunguna ni Nurse Jovert E. Espaรฑola upang palawakin ang kaalaman ng mga g**o at mag-aaral tungkol sa pag-iwas at tamang pag-iingat laban sa rabies.
Tinalakay ang kahalagahan ng responsableng pag-aalaga ng hayop - pagpapabakuna sa mga alagang a*o at pusa, pag-iwas sa kagat ng hayop, at ang mga tamang hakbang kapag nakagat o nakalmot ng hayop.

In line with the celebration of Fire Prevention Month, Amaga Elementary School conducted a Fire Safety and Prevention discussion on March 9, 2026.

The activity aimed to raise awareness among learners about the importance of fire safety and the proper actions to take during fire-related emergencies.

The school was visited by personnel from the Bureau of Fire Protection of the Patnanungan Fire Station. The speakers, FO2 Jaymark T. Moral and FO2 Jaylord T. Moral, shared valuable information about the common causes of fire, fire prevention tips, and the importance of staying calm and alert during emergencies.

Learners from Grades 4 to 6 actively participated in the discussion. The firefighters also demonstrated safety practices and reminded the pupils to always be cautious with electrical devices, matches, and other possible fire hazards at home and in school.

Learners from Amaga Elementary School once again brought honor and pride to the school after emerging as First Runner-up Overall Champion in the recently concluded District Academic Festival held on February 27, 2026 at Patnanungan National High School.

Outstanding performances were showcased by the learners in various academic and co-curricular competitions. Princess Gael R. Murcia earned Second Runner-up in the Kinder Coloring Contest under the coaching of Amelou R. Avellaneda. In the Grade 1 Spelling Bee, Rhiena S. Lumacang placed Third Runner-up with the guidance of Chielo Clarisse T. Garay, while Charlyn Faye T. Garay clinched First Place in the Grade 2 Spelling Bee under coach May Ann S. Arao.

Further adding to the schoolโ€™s achievements, Chrisvie F. Ulleras secured Third Place in the Grade 3 English Quiz Bee under the mentorship of Haizel Ylyn V. Trijo. Prince Charles U. Liwanag garnered Second Place in the Grade 4 Math Quiz Bee with the coaching of Arjay E. Astejada. In the Declamation Contest, Maria Sofia Monique V. Tugano achieved Third Place under the guidance of Janos S. Belen. The school also earned Second Place in the Logo Making Contest, represented by Janos S. Belen.

Adding to these accolades, the schoolโ€™s localized stories โ€œAng Lungkot na Dala-dala ni Zeroโ€ and โ€œSi Amomorok: Ang Isinumpang Isdaโ€ both emerged as First Place winners in the Big Book (Hand-made) and Big Book (Digital) categories.

These achievements reflect the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of the learners, coaches, and school community, further strengthening Amaga Elementary Schoolโ€™s pursuit of academic excellence.
