The NSTP Unit, in partnership with the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), joins the nationwide observance of 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 (February 9–13, 2026).

1. Collect data and information about campus planning, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as other relevant data and information related to University's strategic plan.
2. Classify, collate, and store information using computer applications for easy access and retrieval.
3. Proofreading documents, preparing materials for meetings, assisting with document distribution, and drafting and releasing office memoranda in coordination with the Chancellor's Office.
4. Updating USTP-CDO publications and websites content in coordination with the University Strategic Communication Office, when necessary.
5. Serve as secretariat to PMT and PME planning, monitoring and evaluation events, when necessary.
6. Perform other tasks directed by the supervisor/s.
