The Admission and Scholarship Office of USTP Main Campus Alubijid invites qualified 𝟰𝘁𝗵-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to apply for the Special Application of the 𝗜𝘀𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 of the LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI).

This special application aims to fill available scholarship slots previously vacated by terminated ILP scholars. Endorsed applicants will still undergo evaluation and deliberation by the ILP Selection Committee.

BS Civil Engineering is the program offered at USTP Main Campus Alubijid that directly matches the official list of eligible ILP courses.

📌 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗬?

Applicants must meet 𝗔𝗟𝗟 of the following qualifications:

1. Must be a resident of 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹;

2. Must be a child or grandchild of an 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗔𝗥𝗕) or a 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿/𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 registered in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA);

3. Must be a 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝟰𝘁𝗵-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 currently enrolled in an eligible course;

4. Must have 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 and must be in 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴;

5. Must have obtained a minimum average grade of 𝟵𝟬% or its equivalent, or must have belonged to the 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬% of the class during Senior High School;

6. Must not be receiving or enjoying any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship; and

7. Must have a total annual family income not exceeding 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟯𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬.

Applicants must:

✅ Print the form on legal-size paper, 𝟴.𝟱 × 𝟭𝟯 inches;
✅ Type or write all information clearly in English;
✅ Complete all applicable sections;
✅ Attach a recent 𝟮×𝟮 ID picture; and
✅ Secure the required signatures of the applicant and parent or guardian.

📂 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

Please submit complete, clear, and readable hard copies of the following documents. The Scholarship Unit will check and scan the documents in PDF format before endorsement to LCDFI.

1. Duly filled-out and signed 𝗜𝗟𝗣 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺;

2. 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟭–𝟭𝟮 with school seal, or a Certified True Copy of Form 137;

3. 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from the principal of the Senior High School where the applicant graduated;

4. 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 from a LANDBANK agriculture-related client cooperative, organization, Partner SUC, or other government agency;

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: The USTP Main Campus Alubijid Scholarship Unit will prepare the Partner-SUC endorsement for qualified applicants after screening.

5. 𝗣𝗦𝗔/𝗡𝗦𝗢 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 — photocopy may be submitted temporarily;

6. Proof of registration in the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗥𝗦𝗕𝗦𝗔), or Certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO), or equivalent documents from the DA/DAR Office;

7. Photocopy of the parents’ recent 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 (𝗜𝗧𝗥), BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption, or Certificate of Indigency;

8. 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 from the Senior High School’s Office of Student Affairs or Guidance Office;

9. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 from the applicant’s home barangay;

10. Valid 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲, which may be issued by the clinic of the SUC or by a government or private clinic/hospital; and

11. 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁, signed by the SUC Head or the Head of the Scholarship Office/Unit.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: This certification will be prepared or facilitated by the Scholarship Unit after the applicant’s records have been checked.

🎥 𝗣𝗥𝗘-𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

Each applicant must prepare a pre-recorded video with the following limits:

⏱ Maximum length: 𝟯 minutes
📁 Maximum file size: 𝟭 GB

The video must include:

✅ A brief self-introduction; and
✅ Answers to the following questions:

a. “Why am I pursuing my chosen course?”
b. “How do I see myself contributing to nation building?”

6. Proof of registration in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture, or a certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office, Municipal Agrarian Reform Office, or an equivalent document from the DA or DAR office;

7. Photocopy of the parents’ recent Income Tax Return, BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption, or Certificate of Indigency;

8. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Senior High School Office of Student Affairs or Guidance Office;

9. Barangay Clearance issued by the applicant’s home barangay;

10. Valid Medical Certificate issued by a State University or College clinic, government clinic or hospital, or private clinic or hospital; and

11. Certification of Non-Enjoyment of Other Scholarship and Grant, signed by the SUC Head or the Head of the Scholarship Office or Unit.
