Today, let us take a moment to appreciate the fathers and father figures who have loved, guided, protected, and sacrificed for us.

To have a father is a privilege, not a guarantee. Not all children grow up with a father by their side, and not all fathers are connected by blood. Sometimes, a single dad, a grandfather, a stepfather, or even a mother who takes on both roles becomes the father figure a child needs.

To all Lourdesians, take this day as an opportunity to greet your fathers, give them a hug, send them a message, or simply say, "Thank you, Dad. I love you." Sometimes, those simple words mean the world to them.
