The spirit of bayanihan is alive at Casusan Elementary School!

Today, we officially kicked off Brigada Eskwela 2026, and our hearts are filled with gratitude for everyone who took the time to lend a helping hand. From our hardworking teachers and supportive parents to our stakeholders, volunteers, alumni, and barangay officials led by Hon. Lynn T. Guantero—thank you for being part of this meaningful journey.

Together, we cleaned classrooms, cleared school grounds, repaired facilities, and prepared our school to become a safe, welcoming, and inspiring place for our learners. Every sweep, every repair, and every act of kindness reflects our shared commitment to providing the best learning environment for our children.

This is more than just preparing classrooms—it is about building a stronger community that cares for the future of every learner.

​The Department of Education has officially shifted to a Three-Term School Calendar for School Year 2026-2027. To help everyone prepare, here are the vital dates for our enrollment, school maintenance, and academic terms.
​🗓️ PRE-OPENING ACTIVITIES:
​📍 JUNE 1 – 5, 2026
​REGULAR ENROLLMENT: Official registration for all grade levels.
​BRIGADA ESKWELA: Our week of school cleaning and maintenance. Let’s bring the Bayanihan spirit to our classrooms!
​🏫 THE THREE-TERM ACADEMIC SCHEDULE:
​TERM 1: June 8 – September 15, 2026
​June 8–11: School Opening Block (Orientation & Opening Activities)
​June 15: Formal Start of Instructional Classes
​Sept 2–15: Term 1 Assessments & Closing Activities
​TERM 2: September 16 – December 18, 2026
​Sept 16: Start of Term 2 Classes
​Dec 7–18: Term 2 Assessments & Closing Activities
​Dec 19 – Jan 3: 🎄 Christmas Break
​TERM 3: January 4 – April 8, 2027
​Jan 4: Resumption of Classes
​March 24 – April 8: Final Assessments & End-of-School-Year (EOSY) Rites
