The schools have undergone 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 (𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖) for the 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗘𝗦𝗖) – 𝗚𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗘 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 administered by the Department of Education.

This certification is 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟵–𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬, and the certificate was formally issued on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻.

Educators from the Ilagan Diocesan Schools System — School of Our Lady of Atocha, Inc. (Alicia, Isabela), School of Saint Joseph (Naguilian, Isabela), Inc., and School of Saint Matthias, Inc. (Tumauini, Isabela) — participated in a comprehensive training on Professional Learning Communities (PLC).

The session was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Thadeu Enrique “Eking” Balongag, Kaagapay Phoenix Consultant, who guided the participants in deepening their understanding of collaborative professional growth, reflective practice, and shared leadership within the context of Catholic education.

This initiative underscores the commitment of the Ilagan Diocesan Schools System to fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among its educators.

The Third Quarterly Meeting for the SJBHS, SSJA, and SSJW Directors, Principals, and Treasurers on Financial Operations and Institutional Reporting was successfully conducted at the Bishop's Residence. The meeting was spearheaded by the Chairperson, Madam Charina G. Alejo, Ph.D.

The gathering served as an important platform for discussing financial operations, reviewing institutional reports, and strengthening collaboration among the school leaders. Through this meeting, the participants reaffirmed their shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the management and development of their respective institutions.

Gratitude is extended to all the directors, principals, and treasurers who actively participated and contributed to the fruitful discussions. Together, we continue to work toward stronger governance and sustainable growth for our schools.

The goal of this meeting is to establish a data-driven foundation that will help the schools assess their strengths and weaknesses, and highlight opportunities for enhancing long-term institutional sustainability. Another agenda which includes the preparation for the upcoming School Year Closing Exercises and accomplishment reports.
