Theme: "Rise Above the Influence : The Youth's Commitment to a Drug-Free Nation"

This digital artwork symbolizes the journey of youth overcoming the harmful effects of drugs through guidance, discipline, and unity. The central figure, nurtured by helping hands, represents growth, hope, and renewal. Surrounding peers, family, and mentors embody support, education, and love—essential foundations for a drug-free life. Tuwing Agosto 25, ginugunita natin ang Araw ng mga Bayani. Ito ay isang araw upang alalahanin at parangalan ang mga Pilipinong nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa kalayaan at kinabukasan ng ating bansa. Sila ang mga huwaran ng katapangan, pagmamahal sa bayan, at paglilingkod sa kapwa.

Ang Alicia Technical-Vocational High School, ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng mahalagang araw na ito. Ating tularan ang kanilang mga halimbawa at ipagpatuloy ang kanilang nasimulan tungo sa isang mas maunlad at makatarungang Pilipinas.
