🚑⛑️ “𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝, 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬.” ❤️

Last June 19, our NSTP students took part in the Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Training — equipping themselves with essential life-saving knowledge and skills that truly matter when emergencies strike.
From mastering proper CPR techniques to applying basic first aid procedures, participants gained hands-on experience and valuable insights on how to act quickly, calmly, and effectively when every second counts. 💪🩺

This training is a reminder that being prepared is not just a skill — it’s a responsibility. Through knowledge and action, we become empowered individuals who help build safer communities for everyone.

Congratulations to all participants for their enthusiasm, active participation, and commitment to becoming responsible and service-oriented citizens. Because one skill learned today could save a life tomorrow. ❤️💛

The article examines how metaphors of war and criminality, dehumanization, salvation, and resistance shape public understanding of political and educational realities, particularly in relation to narratives surrounding Duterte’s War on Drugs. It also highlights the pedagogical value of critical metaphor analysis in teaching academic freedom, critical consciousness, and student activism.
