📚 LAC SESSION | Developing Curriculum-Aligned and Developmentally Sequenced Learning Plans Using ILAW, July 7,2026

Upli Elementary School, with 10 teachers, school head and administrative officer, successfully conducted its Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session on "Developing Curriculum-Aligned and Developmentally Sequenced Learning Plans Using ILAW." The session aimed to strengthen teachers' competence in crafting well-structured, learner-centered, and curriculum-aligned learning plans that support the effective implementation of the Three Term School Calendar.

The topic was comprehensively discussed by Teacher Aiza, who guided the teaching force through the essential components of the ILAW framework and emphasized the importance of designing learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and responsive to learners' needs.

Our School Head, Ma'am May Varias Guiuo further enriched the session by providing valuable insights and practical reminders on ensuring that every learning plan remains aligned with curriculum standards while promoting meaningful learning outcomes.

Bilang pakikiisa sa panawagan ng Department of Education (DepEd), nakiisa ang Upli Elementary School sa isinagawang Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony bilang paggunita sa ika-10 Anibersaryo ng 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award ngayon ika- Hulyo 6, 2026.

Matapos ang pagtataas ng watawat, nagbigay ng maikling pagtalakay si Teacher Leslie, g**o sa AP,
tungkol sa kahalagahan ng 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award, ang soberanya ng Pilipinas, at ang papel ng bawat mamamayan sa pagpapakita ng pagmamahal sa bayan at paggalang sa ating pambansang teritoryo.

Nagbahagi rin ang Punong-g**o,Gng. May Varias Guiuo ng mensahe na nagbigay-diin sa kahalagahan ng pagiging responsableng mamamayan, pagpapahalaga sa ating kasaysayan, at patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng diwang makabayan sa bawat mag-aaral.

Sa pamamagitan ng gawaing ito, ipinakita ng Upli Elementary School ang patuloy nitong suporta sa mga programang nagtataguyod ng nasyonalismo, kamalayang sibiko, at pagmamahal sa ating Inang Bayan.

Parents' Orientation on ARAL Reading and ARAL Math

On July 3, 2026, Upli Elementary School successfully conducted a Parents' Orientation for the ARAL Reading and ARAL Math programs. The orientation was facilitated by the teachers, who discussed the objectives, implementation, schedule, and significance of the ARAL Program in supporting learners' academic development.

During the orientation, parents were informed that the ARAL Program will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 3:00-4:00 PM and is designed to provide additional learning support in reading and mathematics for identified learners. The teachers also explained the important role of parents in encouraging their children to attend the sessions regularly and actively participate in the program.

The parents actively participated in the discussion, asked relevant questions, and expressed their support for the implementation of the program. They demonstrated a clear understanding of the importance of ARAL Reading and ARAL Math in helping learners strengthen their foundational literacy and numeracy skills.

The orientation concluded with the parents' commitment to cooperate with the school in ensuring the successful implementation of the ARAL Program for the benefit of all participating learners.

📢 4th District Staff Meeting Held at Upli Elementary School

Today, July 3, 2026, Upli Elementary School proudly served as the host venue for the 4th District Staff Meeting of Alfonso District II, attended by Elementary School Heads together with our Public Schools District Supervisor, Ma'am Lorena Atas Custacio, DEM.

The meeting focused on discussing important updates and matters from the 4th Division Management Committee Meeting, as well as other district concerns to ensure the smooth implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives for School Year 2026–2027.

We are grateful for the opportunity to host this significant gathering that strengthens collaboration, instructional leadership, and our shared commitment to providing quality education for every learner.
