The Municipal Convergence Meeting of Stakeholders was successfully conducted today, September 24, 2025, at the 2nd Floor Session Hall of Alcantara Central Elementary School with the theme “𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒍𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒂: 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕.”

The meeting primarily 𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚’𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐏𝐒𝐃𝐒 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐎. 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚 opened the session with his welcoming remarks, followed by an inspirational message from 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐆. 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚 affirming her unwavering support.

𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐌. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥, Principal IV of ACES, presented the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟎, detailing its legal framework, strategic pillars, athletic meet timeline, stakeholders’ roles, funding requirements, and planned activities. The body also approved the 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝟑𝐀𝐬) into the 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐀𝐀).

The Q&A session opened the floor for valuable insights and clarifications from various units, resulting in a shared commitment to align activities at the school, barangay, and municipal levels toward one common goal.

𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐅. 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 presented the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬’ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, offering valuable insights into current challenges and proposing solutions to ensure smoother preparations for the upcoming Provincial Meet.

To culminate the event, the 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 was held, symbolizing the firm commitment of all stakeholders to work hand in hand for the advancement of sports development in Alcantara.

𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤: Earlier today, September 23, 2025, the Office of Vice President Sara Z. Duterte-Carpio distributed school bags, supplies, and raincoats to 179 learners of ACES from Grades 1–4.

Joining the event was Municipal Mayor Hon. Riza G. Pamorada, who took part in the distribution and engaged in conversations with the children.

The learners warmly welcomed their gifts, which aim to inspire consistent school attendance and active participation.

𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

On September 18, 2025, Alcantara Central Elementary School (ACES) was honored to host a joint monitoring team from the DepEd Central Office Bureau of Learner Support Services, as well as the Regional and Division Health Monitoring teams. The visit was a comprehensive progress monitoring of the school's implementation of key Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd (OK sa DepEd) programs.

The team conducted an on-site and documents validation for three critical programs: 1. School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) 2. Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in Schools (WinS), and 3. Medical, Dental, and Nursing Services

Our dedicated coordinators for SBFP, GPP (Gulayan sa Paaralan Program), and WinS, along with the teachers, learners, school nurse, dentist, head teacher, and principal, actively participated in the validation process.

During the post-conference at Looc Central Elementary School, the monitoring team extended an "𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁"remark to ACES for the implementation of these programs. The team also noted the school's readiness for a 𝟯-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗦 validation in the next school year, expressing great confidence in the school’s facilities and practices.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work and collaborative spirit of the entire ACES community. Kudos to our teachers, staff, parents, and learners for their collective effort in upholding and exceeding the standards of the 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀.

𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦

In a dedicated effort to address learning gaps and enhance literacy, Alcantara Central Elementary School officially launched the ARAL Program in September. The month-long preparation and series of orientations ensured the school community was fully equipped to implement this vital initiative.

On September 8-9, 2025, a two-day Division-led ARAL Orientation for tutors was held at Alcantara National High School. Our own Principal, Mr. Agusto M. Imperial, served as a speaker, sharing his expertise alongside the technical guidance of CID Chief, Mr. Melchor Famorcan. This was followed by a separate orientation for all school heads on September 10, where Principal Imperial actively led discussions on implementation strategies under the supervision of PSDS, Mr. Jose O. Garcia.

On September 11, Principal Imperial conducted an in-house orientation for all Alcantara Central Elementary School teachers. He presented a detailed analysis of the assessment data that identified our ARAL learners and emphasized the importance of using targeted strategies to effectively address their literacy needs.

The program officially kicked off on September 15, 2025, with a spirited ceremony. The event featured the official ARAL Dance led by learners from the Revised BE Curriculum, a performance of the ARAL Jingle, and a keynote address from Principal Imperial highlighting the program's significance. The ceremony concluded with the unveiling of the official ARAL tarpaulin and a community singing of Yeng Constantino's "Hawak Kamay."

The school's readiness was validated on September 16, when Division ARAL Monitors, Ma'am Ma. Mia B. Muros and Ma'am Veronica Faigao, conducted a monitoring visit. Their findings confirmed that Alcantara Central Elementary School is compliant and prepared for the implementation of the ARAL Program.

𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭! 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.

A thorough inspection of our school's physical facilities was recently completed by Principal Mr. Imperial. This initiative was undertaken to evaluate the state of our infrastructure, pinpoint areas in need of repair, and gather feedback from employees and learners.

This process is a crucial step in preparing for the revisitation of our School Improvement Plan (SIP) and the subsequent refinement of our school's priority improvement areas.

Today marks the beginning of a stronger connection among our parents, the Local Government Unit, and our stakeholders. This assembly serves as a significant step in fostering trust and unity as we work together to fulfill the school’s mission and vision.
