𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗮 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 “𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆.” Sa edad na puno ng pressure at paghahanap ng lugar kung saan tayo kabilang, minsan nagiging mabigat ang pakiramdam na kailangan mong baguhin ang sarili mo para lang tanggapin ng iba.

Ang 𝒑𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 ay hindi lang simpleng “pakikisama.” Kapag palaging pinipilit ng isang tao ang sarili niyang sumunod sa expectations ng iba, maaari itong magdulot ng 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, at pagkawala ng confidence sa sariling desisyon.

Hindi ka “killjoy” dahil marunong kang tumanggi. Hindi ka rin mahina kung pinoprotektahan mo ang peace of mind mo. Minsan, ang pinakamahirap gawin ay ang piliin ang sarili sa mundong gusto kang baguhin para lang makasabay.

𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚-𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞?
• Piliin ang mga kaibigang nirerespeto ang boundaries at values mo.
• Huwag matakot magsabi ng “hindi” kapag hindi ka komportable.
• Tandaan na hindi mo kailangang baguhin ang sarili mo para lang matanggap.
• Maglaan ng oras sa mga bagay at taong nagbibigay sa’yo ng genuine na peace at support.

This project aims to provide basic educational needs such as uniforms, school supplies, and other essential resources to students through donations from various individuals, organizations, and the local community.

And just like that, the 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 officially comes to a close!

To the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 who dedicated their time, energy, and passion throughout these sessions, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮. Your dedication to guiding student leaders beyond titles and responsibilities made these sessions truly impactful. Through your wisdom, encouragement, and genuine commitment to service, you reminded us that leadership is not measured by position, but by the lives we influence, the voices we uplift, and the purpose we choose to serve.

We are leaving this event not just with new knowledge, but with a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we are ready to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact on our school community.

After building a strong foundation in governance and administration, our 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 officers spent Day 3 learning how to use technology to better connect with and serve the student body.

Day 1 of 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃) program has started strong. Our SSLG officers spent the day learning how to become better leaders through four key sessions:

• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏: 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. This session focused on building the ethical framework and integrity needed to lead with transparency and accountability.

• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Here, it covered how to turn vision into reality by mastering the organizational skills necessary to carry out impactful school initiatives.

• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑: 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬. This session encouraged reflection on the important responsibility and privilege of being a link between the students and the administration.

• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟒: 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. This session taught how to advocate effectively, inspire peers, and promote positive action through clear and intentional communication.
These sessions go beyond simple training; they form the foundation of the 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃 initiative. By equipping our SSLG officers with these skills, we are nurturing a culture of excellence, service, and active governance. Together, we are creating a more responsive, efficient, and empowered student government ready to serve.
