WHAT TO BRING:

For incoming Kindergarten pupils:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate

For incoming Grade 1 pupils:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any equivalent legal document
2. Kindergarten ECD/ECCD Certificate

For Transferees:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any equivalent legal documents
2. SF 9 or Report Card

Parents/guardians are requested to accompany their children during early registration.

For Incoming Grade 2,3,4,5 and 6 pupils:

You don't need to come to school personally to enrol. Just contact your previous adviser thru text, call or private message to confirm your enrolment for the next grade level.

📣 Ang EARLY REGISTRATION ay para sa school year 2022-2023.

📣 Simula sa March 25 hanggang
April 30, 2022, inaanyayahan ang mga magulang ng mga sumusunod para magpalista:

📌 KINDER: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag Oktubre 31, 2022 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018).
📌 GRADE 1: Mga batang kasalukuyang nakaenrol sa Kindergarten

PAMAMARAAN sa PAGPAPATALA

1. Kumuha ng kopya ng enrollment form na nakapwesto sa gate ng paaralan.
2. Kumpletuhin ang impormasyong kailangan. Huwag pong kalimutan na maglagay Ng contact number.
3. Ibalik ang form kasama ng kopya ng Birth Certificate. Siguraduhing di maghihiwalay ang enrollment form at Birth Certificate. Ihulog Ito sa tamang kahon.
