Notice from Alangalang National High School regarding enrollment:

Enrollment schedule: • Grade 7, Grade 8, and Grade 11: May 18 to 22
• Grade 9, Grade 10, and Grade 12: June 1 to 5

Enrollment forms have been distributed to barangays with secondary schools and their feeder barangays: Astorga, Bato, Penalosa, Pepita, Canvertudes, Borseth, Ikiran, Magsaysay, San Diego, Bliss Cabadsan, Cabadsan Proper, Hupit, Lukay, Binongtoan, Cavite, and Santol.

For Grade 7, Grade 11, and transferees who wish to enroll at Alangalang NHS, the certification included in the enrollment form must be signed, confirming that the student can sustain daily schooling at Alangalang NHS. This certification must be signed by the Barangay Committee Chair on Education.

Based on experience, some students drop out within two months because the school is too far from their homes. To help prevent this, students are encouraged to enroll in the secondary school nearest to their barangay.

This advisory does not apply to students accepted into special curricula such as STE, SPS, and SPA.

Senior High School no longer has strand restrictions, so students may also enroll in the nearest secondary school.

To ensure a smooth and organized enrollment process, learners are encouraged to follow the suggested schedule based on the first letter of their family name.

ENROLLMENT STEPS

🔹 STEP 1: CLAIM ENROLLMENT FORM & REPORT CARD
Proceed to the Reception Area to secure the official Enrollment Form and claim your School Form 9 (Report Card). Participate in the Brigada Eskwela activity assigned by your grade level.

🔹 STEP 2: PROCEED TO YOUR DESIGNATED GRADE LEVEL ENROLLMENT AREA
After completing the assigned activity, proceed to your grade level enrollment area for the filling out and processing of your enrollment form. Learners with guidance concerns are advised to visit the Guidance Advocates Office first.

🔹 STEP 3: SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS
Prepare and submit the following documents:
• School Form 9 (Report Card)
• PSA Birth Certificate (if available)
• Properly accomplished Enrollment Form with parent/guardian signature
• Barangay Certification signed by the Barangay Chairman or authorized representative (when applicable)

🔹 STEP 4: CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT
Enrollment is officially confirmed once your documents are validated and the Enrollment Confirmation Portion of your slip is signed by the authorized personnel.

• Bring ballpens and all necessary documents.
• Observe proper decorum and cleanliness at all times.

We are pleased to announce that enrollment for School Year 2026-2027 at Alangalang National High School will officially begin following this schedule:

-Grades 7, 8, and 11: May 18-22, 2026
-Grades 9, 10, and 12: June 1-5, 2026

Note: Learners who are transferring in are advised to follow the schedule of the grade level they are enrolling in.
