The learning that occurs courtesy of a dissection is vastly different from that afforded by a lecture or textbook lesson. Drawing together many of the topics students have heard and read about, dissection gives students first-hand experience in seeing the subject matter. This unique hands-on learning environment can impart an appreciation and understanding of anatomy, unparalleled by second-hand teaching techniques.
In relation to that, I take great pride in the fact that the Alangalang National High School- STEM Department provides this activity as an additional measure to supplement General Biology. This allows students to delve into the complexities of anatomy and physiology within a practical environment. However, this laboratory activity is not the sole endeavor they undertake. There is much more to discover, and it awaits your exploration!๐ช๐ป
