𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔:
1. Only applicants whose portal is marked “𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧” shall proceed with the enrollment process.
2. Complete your documents prior to your scheduled enrollment.
3. Wear facemask during the Medical and Dental Information intake.
4. Please bring your own tumblers or water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the process.

The Pangasinan State University, through the Office of the University President, has announced the implementation of an alternative learning and work arrangement due to the high heat index and in compliance with Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order No. 117, s. 2026.

Effective April 20 to May 27, 2026, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays will follow an onsite or in-campus work arrangement, with classes conducted through face-to-face instruction.

Meanwhile, Thursdays will be designated as work-from-home days with synchronous online classes, while Fridays will follow an asynchronous online modality and a work-from-home setup.

Non-teaching personnel will report onsite from Monday to Thursday and will adopt a work-from-home arrangement on Fridays.

According to the University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, the arrangement aims to safeguard the health and welfare of students and personnel while ensuring learning continuity and the uninterrupted delivery of essential services, subject to institutional capacity and the readiness of both students and faculty.

The arrangement is further supported by the results of the University’s faculty and student surveys, which consistently show a preference for predominantly face-to-face teaching-learning, alongside readiness to participate in online learning when implemented in a structured, guided and learner-sensitive manner.

Pangasinan State University, through the Office of the Vice President for Academics and Student Services (VPASS), announces the revised schedule for the Evaluation of Faculty Teaching Effectiveness by Students, in line with the implementation of alternative learning and work arrangements due to the high heat index.

The new evaluation schedule are as follows:

• 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫: 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

• 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫: 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

• 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫: 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

• 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫: 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟑𝟎)

Meanwhile, fourth-year students who have completed their OJT may evaluate on April 27, 2026. Those still undergoing OJT may complete the evaluation during their Post-Internship Conference.

All students are encouraged to participate and follow the schedule accordingly.
