KCD TECHNICAL INSTITUTE ,strategically located along the national highway in Alaminos, Laguna, offers TESDA registered qualifications in Welding, Mechatronics Servicing,Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Dressmaking, Hilot (Wellness Massage), Computer Systems Servicing and Japanese Language and Culture. These
qualifications come with new and complete facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, spacious workshops, conductive environment, friendly staff and TESDA certified Instructors.
We are accredited by TESDA as an assessment center for Welding, Mechatronics Servicing, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Dressmaking, Hilot (Wellness Massage) and Computer Systems Servicing.
The Institute shall provide a range of programs in secondary education and technical-vocational training and assessment relevant to the needs of business, industry and community, turning out God-fearing, values-oriented, qualified skilled graduates, responsive to national development.

· To increase by sixty-percent (60%) the number of enrolled trainees and assessed and certified graduates annually.
· To achieve a thirty-percent (30%) increase in the employment rate of graduates annually.
· To attain a thirty-percent (30%) annual increase in linkages with industries, small and medium-scale enterprises, NGOs and government agencies and instrumentalities through job referral and entrepreneurship programs.
· To actively adopt and promote environment-friendly practices through the conduct of two (2) pertinent activities per year.
