The Department of Science and Technology โ Science Education Institute (DOST-
SEI) opens the online application for the 2026 DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship
Program starting today, October 20, 2025, until November 21, 2025.
The scholarship is open to graduating Grade 12 students for School Year 2025โ2026,
as well as those enrolled in homeschool programs and the Alternative Learning
System (ALS). High school graduates, including those who completed their studies
before the Kโ12 curriculum implementation, may also apply, provided that they have
not yet enrolled in any college or university.
Applicants must have a valid email address to register and receive updates through
the E-Scholarship Application System, along with a functional mobile number for
important notifications. To avoid technical issues, applicants are advised to register
and upload documents in areas with stable internet connectivity. The following
documents should be prepared:
โข Birth certificate
โข Recent passport-sized photo with a white background and nametag showing
the applicantโs handwritten signature over printed full name
โข Forms CโJ, downloadable from the E-Scholarship Application System
โข Proof of income of parents, guardians, or spouse
โข Notarized affidavit of guardianship, if applicable
โข Marriage certificate, for married applicants only
Interested and qualified individuals are encouraged to visit https://www.science-scholarships.ph/ for more details. Applicants are also reminded to carefully read and
follow the instructions to avoid errors that may result in disqualification. Manual
applications may be accommodated for those residing in remote areas with limited or
no internet access.
The pen-and-paper qualifying examination is tentatively scheduled for February 21-
22, 2026, at designated testing centers nationwide. The list of qualifiers will be
released through the DOST-SEI website (https://sei.dost.gov.ph) and announced in
selected national newspapers.
S&T Undergraduate scholarship qualifiers will enjoy the following scholarship
privileges: tuition fees, 8,000 pesos monthly living allowance, 5,000 pesos learning
materials and connectivity allowance, clothing allowance, one economy-class
roundtrip fare per academic year, thesis allowance, and premium group health and
accident insurance.
Through this scholarship, the DOST-SEI continues to invest in the countryโs most
valuable resource, the youth. By supporting talented and deserving students in
pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, agriculture, and mathematics,
the program aims to build a strong pool of Filipino scientists and innovators who will
drive national progress and inclusive development.

Pangasinan State University is calling on all alumni from Batch 2023 or earlier to participate in the PSU Alumni Tracer Survey 2025.
This survey aims to help the university improve its services for alumni, assess whether educational goals and graduate outcomes have been achieved, and gain a deeper understanding of the success of its graduates. Your feedback plays a vital role in PSUโs continuous improvement efforts.
