As part of our commitment to promoting health and cleanliness on campus, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐒 (𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬) 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 successfully conducted a 𝙏𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 🪥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 🧼 Activity to inspire and encourage every learner to make proper hygiene a part of their daily routine.

Every brush and every wash is a simple step toward preventing illnesses, boosting confidence, and creating a cleaner, safer, and healthier school for everyone. Together, we can build lifelong habits that not only protect ourselves but also care for those around us.

𝑬𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍-𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆.

Deworming is a health measure that aims to eliminate intestinal parasites—commonly known as worms—from the body. These parasites are typically acquired through contaminated food, water, soil, or poor sanitation and hygiene practices. If left untreated, intestinal worm infections may interfere with the body's ability to absorb essential nutrients, which can lead to malnutrition, fatigue, abdominal discomfort, impaired physical growth, and reduced overall well-being.

Regular deworming is a safe, effective, and recommended practice for reducing the prevalence of intestinal worm infections. It supports proper growth and development, improves nutrient absorption, and contributes to better overall health. When combined with proper handwashing, safe food handling, access to clean water, the use of sanitary facilities, and good personal hygiene, deworming serves as an essential strategy in preventing the transmission of parasitic infections.

Participation in deworming programs not only protects individual health but also contributes to the well-being of the entire school and community by reducing the spread of intestinal parasites. Through collective participation and continued awareness, we can promote a healthier environment where individuals are better equipped to learn, grow, and lead productive lives. 💪🏻🛡️

Ang Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in School (WinS) ay mahalagang programa na naglalayong mapanatili ang kalinisan, kalusugan, at kaligtasan ng bawat mag-aaral. Sa pamamagitan ng wastong paghuhugas ng kamay, malinis na palikuran, ligtas na tubig, at tamang pamamahala ng basura, sama-sama nating maiiwasan ang sakit at makalilikha ng mas maayos na kapaligiran sa pagkatuto.

🌟 Tandaan: Ang kalinisan ay responsibilidad ng bawat isa. Makiisa sa WinS para sa mas malusog at mas maliwanag na kinabukasan!

As part of our continuous efforts to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment, a fogging operation was conducted throughout the school premises on Sunday by the 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 – 𝙇𝙂𝙐 𝘼𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙨 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮. This preventive measure aims to help control mosquito populations and reduce the risk of dengue transmission within the school community.

By targeting areas where mosquitoes may thrive, the fogging operation contributes to creating a safer environment for students, teachers, personnel, and visitors. This initiative reflects the importance of taking proactive steps in protecting public health and ensuring that our school remains a conducive place for learning.

Additionally, in support of the Department of Health's (DOH) 4𝙎 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮 𝘼𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙚, the school community is highly encouraged to practice the following measures:

𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒚 - focuses on identifying and eliminating stagnant water and other potential mosquito breeding sites within homes, classrooms, and surrounding areas.

𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔 - emphasizes the importance of protecting oneself from mosquito bites by wearing appropriate clothing and using preventive measures when necessary.

𝑺𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 - encourages individuals experiencing possible dengue symptoms to promptly consult healthcare professionals for proper assessment and treatment.

𝑺𝒂𝒚 𝒀𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑭𝒐𝒈𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 - highlights the role of fogging operations, when conducted by authorized health personnel, as an additional measure to help control mosquito populations in areas at risk of dengue transmission.

🇵🇭❤️ “Ang kalayaan ay hindi lamang karapatan, ito rin ay pananagutan.”

Ngayong ika-128 anibersaryo ng Pagpapahayag ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas mula sa pananakop ng Espanya, ating ginugunita ang katapangan, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga Pilipinong naging daan upang makamit natin ang kalayaang tinatamasa ngayon.

Sa bawat pagwagayway ng ating watawat, naaalala natin ang mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa ating bansa. Ang kanilang kabayanihan ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon upang patuloy nating mahalin, igalang, at paglingkuran ang Pilipinas sa ating sariling paraan.

Nawa’y maging paalala ang pagdiriwang na ito na ang tunay na diwa ng kalayaan ay makikita sa pagkakaisa, responsibilidad, at aktibong pakikilahok sa pagbuo ng isang mas maunlad at mas matatag na bayan.

Good day, City Highians! This back-to-school season, the Alaminos City National High School –WINS (Wash In School) Club is actively inviting all students to take part in Brigada Eskwela 2026. For this school year’s theme “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman”, we would like to ensure unity is fostered through collective efforts to help create a clean and welcoming school environment ready for learning.

‼️ Students, alumni, parents, and other members of the community are warmly encouraged to participate in this annual initiative by engaging with simple acts of volunteerism such as:

* Painting our schools facilities 🖌️🎨

Matagumpay na isinagawa ang 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 ni WinS President 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖. 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗮 ng 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐈𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (WinS). Sa kanyang talumpati, inilahad niya ang kanyang mga karanasan bilang pangulo, gayundin ang mga proyekto, programa, at inisyatiba ng organisasyon. Nag-iwan din siya ng mahahalagang paalala para sa mga bagong halal na opisyal.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni Pres. Christian na ang mga nakamit na tagumpay ay bunga ng sama-samang pagtutulungan ng mga opisyal, mga katuwang na organisasyon, at ng bawat mag-aaral. Ayon sa kanya, dapat ay patuloy na lumaban, walang iwanan at magkaisa upang lahat ay sabay-sabay na maging 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐓.

"Always remember this: 𝘬𝘢𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯 𝘬𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘵, 𝘩𝘶𝘸𝘢𝘨 𝘯𝘢 𝘩𝘶𝘸𝘢𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯. Patuloy kang lumaban dahil ito ay iyong isinumpaan. Sa pagtatapos ng kanyang huling termino, nagpaabot siya ng taos-pusong pasasalamat sa mga mag-aaral at sa administrasyon ng paaralan para sa kanilang patuloy na suporta sa mga programa ng WinS. Nag-iwan din siya ng hamon sa mga bagong opisyal—na ipagpatuloy ang nasimulang adhikain, panatilihin ang malasakit sa kapwa, pangalagaan ang kalinisan at kaayusan ng paaralan, at pairalin ang pamumunong may integridad, pananagutan, at puso.
