Telbang National High School marked a historic milestone as it celebrated its 60th Founding Anniversary on November 28, 2025, guided by the meaningful theme “Sixty Years of Excellence: Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present, and Building the Future.” The celebration became a memorable gathering that reflected the school’s enduring legacy, present accomplishments, and vision for the future.
This year’s celebration was made even more significant with the attendance of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Hon. Arthur F. Celeste, Congressman of the 1st District of Pangasinan, who delivered an inspiring message acknowledging the long-standing contributions of Telbang National High School to the educational landscape of Alaminos City and the province. His speech emphasized the importance of nurturing the next generation of leaders through quality education and community collaboration.
The presence of Schools Division Office (SDO) officials led by Schools Division Superintendent Ely S. Ubaldo, CESO V, added prestige to the event. Their participation highlighted the continuous support of the Schools Division of Alaminos City in strengthening educational programs and initiatives of the school.
Local government participation was also notable, with City Councilor Ion Fontelera and City Councilor Atty. Walter Macaiba representing the City Government of Alaminos. Their messages expressed appreciation for the school’s accomplishments and reaffirmed the LGU’s commitment to supporting its programs and development projects.
The school was likewise honored by the presence of the Telbang Barangay Council, headed by Punong Barangay Domingo C. Ragudos, whose steadfast partnership has contributed greatly to the safety, progress, and community involvement of the school. The attendance of the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) led by Mr. Ferdinand Reynaldo further underscored the strong bond between the school and its stakeholders.
Alumni, parents, guests, and the entire student body also took part in the celebration, creating an atmosphere of unity and pride that spanned generations of Telbangers.
The successful event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Mrs. Maribel R. Gonzales, Master Teacher I, who spearheaded the overall program preparation. Along with the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Telbang National High School, she ensured that the celebration was well-organized, meaningful, and reflective of the school’s rich 60-year journey.
With its rich legacy, dedicated staff, supportive community, and inspired learners, Telbang National High School stands ready to continue shaping futures and creating meaningful impact for the next generations.
