A monumental round of applause for James Raphael Arnillo and his group for winning First Place in the Sayawitan Contest during the National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute 2025 in Vigan, Ilocos Sur!

This year is particularly special: James, together with fellow delegates from other universities across the Philippines, proudly shares this First Place title—a testament to teamwork, talent, and unity among the nation’s best youth leaders.

Your Tambobo Performing Arts family and the entire Northern Iloilo State University Ajuy Campus community are immensely proud to celebrate this milestone. Wins like this remind us why we train, why we perform, and why we keep raising the bar.
