: The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) issued National Budget Circular No. 598 dated July 15, 2025, titled “Revised Organization and Staffing Standards (OSS) for SUCs - Phase II.”
The circular provided the general policies and guidelines for implementing Phase II of the revised OSS for state universities and colleges (SUCs), particularly for the Office of Research and External Linkages, and the OSS for auxiliary services.
