📌BE 2025 DAY 1 💪🧑🌾
The bayanihan spirit was on full display at San Isidro National High School's Brigada Eskwela 2025 launch, with parents, students, and stakeholders actively participating in voluntary cleanup and minor repair work.
This community involvement was a key part of the three-step enrollment process:
📖Step 1 involved Brigada Pagbasa mandatory reading assessments for incoming Grade 7 students and transferees in English and Filipino.
🧑🌾Step 2 involved participation in Brigada Eskwela activities on the school grounds, including contributing voluntary work like cleaning, minor repairs and repainting and accomplishing confirmation slip as confirmation of finished voluntary work.
✍️Finally, Step 3 is signing of attendance, filling in Brigada Eskwela Enrolment form and submission of necessary documents like previous school year's School Form 9, Birth Certificate and other essential forms for learner verification.
💚From San Isidro NHS community, a heartfelt thank you to all who contributed their time, effort, and support to the success of Brigada Eskwela 2025 Day 1 activities. This integrated approach to community service and enrollment ensured a smooth and successful start to the school year.

📚✨ Brigada Eskwela 2025 Kick-Off at
San Isidro NHS ✨📚
Theme: “Sama-Sama Para sa
Bayang Bumabasa”
SAN ISIDRO-LORETO, June 9, 2025 — With energy, unity, and purpose, San Isidro National High School officially launched Brigada Eskwela 2025, bringing together parents, students, teachers, and stakeholders in a collective effort to prepare for the new school year.
This year’s theme, “Sama-Sama Para sa Bayang Bumabasa,” underscores the importance of community collaboration in building a nation of readers. The theme guided the day’s activities and set the tone for a week of volunteerism and bayanihan focused not only on physical readiness but also on supporting literacy and quality learning environments.
The kick-off began with a vibrant motorcade across Barangays San Isidro, Sta. Teresa, San Mariano, and Sitio San Miguel—signaling the united front of the community in embracing this advocacy. By 7:30 AM, the school grounds were alive with volunteers carrying cleaning tools or gardening materials, as Brigada Eskwela coincides with enrollment week (June 9–13) and Oplan Balik Eskwela (June 9–20).
A meaningful opening program followed, including the symbolic Pledge of Commitment signing in the Brigada Eskwela Commitment Wall and inspiring words from key leaders.
Mr. Virgel B. Misa, Officer-in-Charge, Master Teacher I, commended the turnout:
“Brigada Eskwela is more than a tradition—it’s a shared mission. Your presence today shows how this community values education and embraces our call to build a nation that reads.”
Hon. Violeta M. Abapo, Barangay Captain representative, emphasized shared responsibility:
“We proudly support this initiative. Together, we are helping shape the future of our learners.”
Ms. Jeremaeh Delosa, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, shared the purpose and lineup of the week’s activities—ranging from reading assessments, to clean-up drives and beautification, to call for voluntary donations, brigada bonanza and school's raffle draw in the closing program to drawing support from different sectors:
“This is about more than cleaning—it’s about creating a safe, inspiring space where students can learn and grow.”
💖 A heartfelt THANK YOU to all who participated and continue to support this mission. As the theme reminds us, it takes a united effort to raise a reading nation and empower every Filipino learner.
