NO ENTRY WITHOUT VEHICLE PASS Starting December 10, 2025

To all students, faculty, staff, and visitors:

Please be informed that effective immediately, NO VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PCNL CAMPUS WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL VEHICLE PASS issued by the Student Affairs Office.

This policy is implemented to ensure campus safety, proper traffic management, and orderly parking within school premises.

All vehicle owners are advised to secure their official vehicle pass from the Student Affairs Office.
Individuals without a vehicle pass must park outside the campus.

In a warm show of collaboration and commitment to academic excellence, Dr. Christine Nabor Ferrer, the Regional Director of CHED RO1, paid a courtesy visit to PCNL today. The campus was abuzz with anticipation as the school president Dr. Vicente D. Ching, along with the vice president for academics Dr. Conrado B. Dumo, deans, administrators, and staff, gathered to welcome the distinguished guest.
