Project Regalove: A Christmas Gift-giving Initiative Led by SELG and BKD Officers Under the Supervision of the Principal Dr. Ryan S. Casipit

This meaningful initiative, supported by SELG and BKD officers, aims to bring joy to selected beneficiaries by providing Noche Buena packages for their families. As highlighted by advisers Mrs. Maricon J. Mendoza and Ms. Abigail G. Flores, the project acknowledges that not all children experience Christmas in the same way, with some unable to prepare festive meals.

Through the generosity of the AWCS Learners, Faculty and Staff, private individuals and the dedication of SELG/BKD officers, the project aspires to make Christmas more special for these families by ensuring they have something to share and celebrate this holiday season.

Implementation of "A-BA-KA-DA sa Pagbasa" Project Begins

Agoo, La Union – The "A-BA-KA-DA sa Pagbasa" program, a collaborative reading initiative by the schools of Agoo and Local Government Units, officially commenced today. This project, also known as Agoo... BAta, KAbataan, Dalubhasa sa Pagbasa, aims to enhance children's reading skills while introducing them to the rich culture of Agoo.

Teachers from Agoo West Central School have been assigned to five catchment barangays—San Nicolas East, San Nicolas Central, San Nicolas Sur, San Nicolas Norte, and San Antonino—to conduct reading sessions. The initiative underscores the partnership between schools, Local Government Unit and Barangays in fostering literacy and cultural appreciation among young learners.

Through this program, the community seeks to inspire a love for reading and learning, ensuring that the youth of Agoo grow both academically and culturally.
