LOOK | GPTA Officers conduct Oplan Kapkap

As part of its commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment, the General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) Officers of San Julian Integrated School initiated Oplan Kapkap, a surprise no-touch inspection among learners.

The activity was conducted successfully, and, thankfully, no prohibited items were discovered during the inspection. This reflects the cooperation of our learners in upholding school rules and promoting a culture of discipline and responsibility.

The GPTA affirms its commitment to continue conducting random Oplan Kapkap inspections in coordination with the school to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of every learner and the entire school community.

TODAY | SJIS Hosts Regional Benchmarking on Central Kitchen Operations

San Julian Integrated School hosted the Regional Benchmarking and Capacity Building on Central Kitchen Operations and Management for School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Focals, which gathered representatives from the 14 Schools Division Offices of Region I, together with delegates from the DepEd Regional Office, Agoo LGU, and LUSDO. Participants observed the school's Central Kitchen operations, prepared Picadillo, and visited Sanijubar Elementary School, where PSDS Dr. Luisito V. Libatique and the teaching force welcomed them and showcased the actual implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program.

Ma'am Cynthia L. Bonaobra and Sir Christian M. Doctolero led the training sessions that capped the activity. Thank you to all participants, facilitators, and partners for your support. Congratulations on completing the training, and we wish you success as you apply the knowledge and best practices in your respective divisions.

Today, the SJIS family surprised Sir Luis Fontanilla with a heartfelt retirement celebration after the last class of the day—a simple gesture of gratitude for a teacher who spent decades shaping minds, solving more than equations, and inspiring generations of learners.

Thank you for your years of faithful service, quiet leadership, and immeasurable impact on our school community. Your legacy will continue to inspire every Julianian who walks through these halls.

Some lessons are learned from books. The best ones are learned from teachers like Sir Luis.
