I. Admission Process (Start Processing ASAP)

✅ Step 1: Accomplish the Enrollment Permit and Registration Form completely and accurately.
✅ Step 2: Proceed to the Medical and Dental Services Unit for your physical/medical examination and approval of your Enrollment Permit.
✅ Step 3: Submit all required admission documents to the Registrar’s Office for student data encoding and verification. Wait for your STUDENT ID NUMBER
✅ Step 4: Proceed to the Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Office for your Free Higher Education (FHE) Scholarship Application and approval.
📌 Please note: FHE application and processing are only until June 1, 2026. This must be completed before enrollment.
📌 Finish your admission process before the Enrollment.

II. Enrollment Process
✅ Step 5: Proceed to the BPED Faculty Office for subject enlistment and assessment of fees.
✅ Step 6: Proceed to the Cashier’s Office to settle the necessary fees.
✅ Step 7: Submit your documents to the Registrar’s Office for the final validation and completion of your enrollment.
✅ Step 8: bring all your photocopied files for filling at BPED office.

📅 First Year Enrollment Schedule: June 3, 4, and 5, 2026

📌 Reminder: Please prepare and complete all necessary forms and documents in advance to avoid delays in your admission and enrollment process.

Congratulations to Dr. Jocelyn A. Floresca, Chair of the Bachelor of Physical Education Program of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University–South La Union Campus, for being recognized as the Overall Best Oral Research Presenter for professional category during the 7th IPOPHL–DLSU Intellectual Property and Innovation Research Conference held at De La Salle University on April 8, 2026.

Dr. Floresca earned the award through an exceptional oral presentation that showcased both strong research content and effective delivery. Competing among 51 research studies from various disciplines, her work stood out among the best in her category.

The conference was organized by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines in partnership with De La Salle University, with the theme “DASH–DITECH: Advancing Sports and Health through Intellectual Property and Innovation,” emphasizing the role of innovation in advancing sports and wellness.

This annual event gathers researchers, educators, and professionals to exchange knowledge, insights, and best practices in intellectual property. This year’s discussions highlighted how innovation can contribute to the development of health and sports for society.

This achievement highlights the excellence, dedication, and impact of DMMMSU in contributing to research and innovation both locally and globally.
