LOOK| BNHS Officially Opens School Intramurals 2026

Banyaga National High School successfully and gracefully conducted the Opening Ceremony of the School Intramurals 2026, marking the beginning of a celebration of sportsmanship, camaraderie, teamwork, and school spirit.

The ceremony commenced with the presentation of the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2026, with representatives from each section proudly showcasing their confidence and sportsmanship.

Adding energy and excitement to the occasion, the four competing teams—Green Guardians, Blue Titans, Red Raptors, and Yellow Falcons—brought the school grounds to life through their spirited yells and cheerdance presentations.

A solemn Lighting of the Torch followed, symbolizing the enduring spirit of competition, unity, and determination among the student-athletes. This was accompanied by the Oath of Amateurism, affirming the athletes’ commitment to fair play, integrity, and respect throughout the competition.

The ceremony culminated in the formal declaration of the School Intramurals 2026, officially opening the games and setting the stage for days filled with thrilling competitions, sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments.

The successful conduct of the opening ceremony was made possible through the dedication of the School Sports Coordinator, Mr. Petter Paulo Masongsong whose commitment and dedication helped bring the event to life, and the steadfast support of the School Principal I, Mr. Edmund Maranan Evangelista, whose guidance and encouragement continue to strengthen the school’s athletic endeavors.

As the torch shines and the games begin, may every athlete compete with heart, honor, and pride—for in the spirit of sports, victory is not only measured by medals, but by the courage to compete and the friendships built along the way.

LOOK│BNHS STRENGTHENS COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL SAFETY THROUGH MONITORING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

Banyaga National High School continues to strengthen its commitment to providing a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for all learners through sustained monitoring and close coordination with education authorities and local stakeholders.
Today, the school welcomed Sir James Angelo T. Año from the Schools Division Office for the monitoring of the school’s Comprehensive School Safety measures.
While, the PSDS Dr. Maria Melissa Ariola, also visited the school to extend technical assistance on Threat Incident preparedness and management, further strengthening the school’s capacity to respond to potential safety and security concerns.
The school also recognizes the continued visibility and support of the Agoncillo PNP and Barangay functionaries through the ongoing implementation of the SafeBag Inspection Program every morning. Their presence and cooperation contribute to maintaining vigilance and promoting a safer school environment.

With the supervision of the school's Officer-in-Charge, Sir Edmund Maranan Evangelista, these efforts reflect the shared commitment of the school, education authorities, law enforcement, barangay officials, and the community to protect our learners and keep them safe while they are in school.

Bilang pakikiisa sa paggunita ng ika-162 Anibersaryo ng Kapanganakan ni Apolinario Mabini, buong pagmamalaking nakiisa ang mga mag-aaral ng Banyaga National High School sa pagbibigay-pugay sa isa sa mga pinakadakilang bayaning Batangueño.

Si Apolinario Mabini ay nagsilbing huwaran ng katalinuhan, integridad, at wagas na pagmamahal sa bayan. Sa kanyang buhay at mga adhikain, patuloy niyang binibigyang-inspirasyon ang bawat kabataang Pilipino na maging matatag sa paninindigan at makabayan sa isip at gawa.

Ang gawaing ito ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng inisyatibo ng Araling Panlipunan (AP) Coordinator, Ma'am Romela Deomampo, at buong suporta ng komunidad ng Banyaga National High School sa pangunguna ng aming Officer-in-Charge, Sir Edmund Maranan Evangelista.

Patuloy nating alalahanin at isabuhay ang mga aral at pagpapahalagang iniwan ng ating bayaning Batangueño—isang pamana ng katapatan, karunungan, at tunay na pagmamahal sa Inang Bayan.

Nagkakaisang Paaralan para sa KALIGTASAN, KAHANDAAN at KATATAGAN!

Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng National Disaster Resilience Month, matagumpay na nagsagawa ang Agoncillo Bureau of Fire Protection ng isang makabuluhang symposium sa Banyaga National High School na may paksang "Basic Life Support and Bandaging."

Sa pamamagitan ng gawaing ito, nabigyan ng mahahalagang kaalaman at praktikal na kasanayan ang ating mga mag-aaral at mga g**o sa wastong pagbibigay ng paunang lunas at tamang pagtugon sa mga sitwasyong pang-emergency. Tunay na ang kahandaan ay nagsisimula sa sapat na kaalaman at tamang pagsasanay.

Lubos ang pasasalamat ng buong komunidad ng Banyaga National High School, sa pangunguna ng ating Officer-in-Charge, Sir Edmund Maranan Evangelista , sa Agoncillo Bureau of Fire Protection sa kanilang panahon, serbisyo, at dedikasyon sa pagbabahagi ng kaalamang makatutulong sa pagpapanatili ng kaligtasan ng bawat isa.

Kinilala rin ang inisyatibo ng ating School DRRM Coordinator, Ma'am Cecilia Vergara Pordonzalan, sa matagumpay na pagsasakatuparan ng gawaing ito bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapalakas ng kultura ng kahandaan at katatagan sa ating paaralan.
