1. Magsuot ng PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE kagaya ng rashguard at trunks. Mahigpit ponh pinagbabawal ang paglangoy ng hindi maayos ang kasuotan.

2. Magdala ng extra clothes na pang-palit, toiletries, at towel.

3. Kung may kasama ay doon maghihintay sa waiting area at hindi pinapahintulutan na sumama sa swimming pool area.

4. Bawal mag-tryout ang may impluwensya ng alak at may sakit.

5. Magdala ng bottled water.

6. Tanging ang mga listed students lang ang maaaring magpunta bukas.

7. Kapag napili na sa IBANG SPORTS HINDI NA PWEDE MAG-TRYOUT SA SWIMMING!
