The TLE Department led by Dr. Emerlloyd V. Fernandez, head teacher III together with the TLE teachers under the guidande and supervision of Dr. Angelo N. Rosete, principal IV convened on October 12, 2023 at Bldg. 4, Room 8 to discuss updates on various school programs, projects and activities and to address some issues and concerns regarding the curriculum.

🎯Agenda:
1. Preparation and submission of Table of Specifications (TOS) and Test Questions for 1st Quarter Examination.
2. Schedule and preparation of Project SINAG (Sustainable Implementation and Nurturing of Agno NHS's Gulayan sa Paaralan)
3. Post-conference on the conduct of Classroom Observation No. 1 (CO1) for SY 2023 - 2024
4. Academic Performance of TLE learners
5. Upcoming Department LAC Session

The said consultative meeting was held to ensure the smooth implementation of department's programs, projects and activities.

IN TEACHING, what ultimately matters is not what is TAUGHT, but what is LEARNED.

The Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Department under the leadership of Dr. Emerlloyd V. Fernandez, head teacher III with the guidance and supervision of Dr. Angelo N. Rosete, principal IV conducted the day 2 of the 2-Day School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session at Bldg 4, Room 7 on September 19, 2023 at 4PM to 5PM.

Dr. Julius Allan A. Navelgas, teacher III talked about the significance and different styles of classroom management. He mentioned that academic achievement, teacher efficacy and learners' behavior are directly linked with the concept of classroom management.

Ms. Mary Mae N. Corpuz, master teacher I focused her discussiom on effective questioning strategy and art of questioning.

Effective self-questioning can improve learners' awareness and control of their thinking, which in turn can improve their learning. It can improve long-term retention of knowledge and skills, as well as the ability of learners to apply and transfer the knowledge and skills they learn.

During the closing program, Ms. Czarie Grace N. Burgonio and Mrs. Sharcy Mae D. Caoile, teacher I respectively shared their invaluable insights about the SLAC while Dr. Emerlloyd V. Fernandez, head teacher III gave his words of challenge and recognized the efforts of the TLE teachers in adopting teaching innovations to deliver quality service and education to our dear learners.

IN LINE with DepEd's mandate to deliver quality service, the Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Department under the leadership of Dr. Emerlloyd V. Fernandez, head teacher III with the guidance and supervision of Dr. Angelo N. Rosete, principal IV conducted the Day 1 of the 2-day School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session at Bldg 4, Room 7 today, September 18, 2023 at 4PM to 5PM.

Miss Mary Mae N. Corpuz, master teacher I, presented and discussed the guidelines in the Preparation of Daily Lesson Log and Detailed Lesson Plan as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2016. She emphasized the importance of lesson planning towards achieving the lesson objectives and learning outcomes.

Meanwhile, Mr. Jay Aldin N. Rosete, teacher III discussed the Effective Time Management. During the discussion, he pointed out that time management is the coordination of school tasks and activities to maximize the effectiveness of teachers' efforts. Moreover, the purpose of time management is to enable teachers to get more and better work done in less time.

Indeed, instructional management is an activity to plan teaching and learning programs, implement teaching and learning process, and assess process and learning outcomes and the development of classroom management.
