San Benigno Elementary School was deeply honored by the meaningful visit of our ever-supportive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jerry T. Agsalda, who was accompanied by our dedicated Barangay Captain, Hon. Diosdado Dulnuan. Their presence brought encouragement, inspiration, and renewed hope to our entire school community.

During the visit, Mayor Agsalda inspected the school's vicinity and personally visited every classroom, taking time to meet our learners and teachers. His genuine concern, warm interactions, and inspiring words uplifted the spirits of everyone, reminding us that quality education thrives when leaders remain actively engaged with the needs of schools and their communities.

Excellence Begins with Accountability and Grows Through Inspired Leadership.

San Benigno Elementary School was privileged to welcome the Commission on Audit (COA) – Division of Quirino for their official school visit and inspection—a significant milestone that reinforced our commitment to transparency, institutional excellence, and continuous professional growth.

The visiting team was headed by Sir Rodante Nadal, Education Program Supervisor in MAPEH and Division ALS Focal Person, together with Sir Vladimir F. Tonelada, Sir Charlie G. Salvador (ALS Coordinators), Sir Eduardo Simon Jr., Sir Dennis M. Martija, Sir Joemar U. Basuel, and the rest of their team.

The visit served as an opportunity to affirm the school's commitment to transparency, accountability, and the prudent management of public resources. Through their observations and recommendations, the team contributed to strengthening our administrative practices and ensuring that our programs and operations continue to uphold the highest standards of public service.

Beyond the school inspection, the supervisory visit and Technical Assistance provided by Sir Rodante Nadal became the highlight of the day. His wealth of knowledge, professional expertise, and insightful recommendations inspired our teachers to continually refine their instructional practices and remain steadfast in delivering quality, learner-centered education. His words of encouragement and constructive feedback revitalized the passion and commitment of our teaching force as they strive to accomplish the instructional goals and learning outcomes of this academic term.

His presence also served as a source of inspiration to our learners, encouraging them to actively participate in classroom activities, develop a love for learning, and always give their best in every task entrusted to them. On June 8, 2026, parts of Mindanao were shaken by a strong earthquake that reminded us all of the importance of preparedness and vigilance in times of disaster. Such events serve as a wake-up call that natural calamities can happen anytime and anywhere, making readiness not just an option but a responsibility.

Today, our school proudly participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, joining millions of Filipinos across the country in strengthening disaster preparedness and response. Through the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" exercise and emergency evacuation procedures, our learners, teachers, and personnel gained valuable experience that could help save lives during actual emergencies.

Preparedness today means safety tomorrow. Let us continue to cultivate a culture of awareness, resilience, and readiness in our school and community.
