PAANO MAG-ENROLL SA ALS: Kung isa ka sa out-of-school youth and adults (OSYA) na nais mag-enroll sa ALS, direkta nang makipag-ugnayan sa community learning center (CLC) sa inyong barangay o sa mga pampublikong paaralan na pinakamalapit sa inyong lugar.

Gamitin ang modified ALS Form 2, alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 58, s. 2017. Maaaring i-download at i-print ang modified ALS Form 2 mula sa link na ito: bit.ly/ALSEnrollmentForm2021

Sa ALS Program, ipinapakita natin ang halaga ng pagiging malawak ang pag-iisip at pagiging safe space. Ito ay isang programa na nagtataguyod ng pagkakapantay-pantay at pagkakaisa, kung saan bawat isa ay malugod na tinatanggap at nirerespeto.
